The stay
Pros:

My stay was good but some of my family members stay was terrible. They didn't have a room ready for my niece, who is disabled. Her room was dirty, spots on the carpet and couch. And other things. My room and my stay was good

Pros:

Upon my arrival after a 5 hour drive, staff informed me that due to my card being declined, they canceled my reservation, without calling me. They reported well we emailed you we didn't have your number, however that I believe is not true due to my information have my direct cell. The.manager said we emailed you, and I disclosed that when driving I don't access my emails, because I respect human lives.
I then asked the manager what I needed to do, and I would book another room. He said they had no rooms, I asked what about getting on booking.com to access a room as they reserve certain amount of rooms, he sarcastically said, "I don't know, do i look like booking.com".
No fears, though, I found another hotel cheaper and so much respectfull to their patrons.

It was OK. Quiet for the most part except for the people upstairs.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and a good shower

Cons:

The rooms need a full length mirror. No one told us we had to request housekeeping so we didn’t get that. For the price of the room you would think it would be included. Also, you should not have to pay for handicap parking.

It centralized and there’s things you can walk to

Cons:

Our TV wasn’t working people came and didn’t fix it, the front desk was rude in the beginning then changed their attitude at check in. The pool is small. Our room keys were not working we had to go up and down 3xs to get new keys.

Cons:

We're 75 yrs old so why would the staff put 4 screaming children next door. I almost called the police because it sounded like a woman being beaten All damn night. We got at best 1 1/2 hours sleep.

Pros:

I stayed here with my three kids. We booked a room with one king bed and a pull-out sofa bed, and it worked well for our family.

The room was very clean, and the hotel was well maintained. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and everything was convenient. Right outside the hotel is a small plaza with restaurants and stores, making it easy to grab a meal or pick up anything we needed.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.
