Double Charged and Ignored by Management
Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience. I prepaid $156 through Booking.com for my family’s August 2–3 stay. When they arrived, the hotel claimed the payment hadn’t gone through and charged a second card another $156. Both charges went through, so I was charged twice for the same stay.
I’ve repeatedly called the hotel, left multiple voicemails for GM Djuan Hollowell, and left messages with staff, yet no one has bothered to return my calls. Mistakes happen, but completely ignoring a customer trying to resolve a billing issue is unacceptable. Check your credit-card statement carefully if you stay here.

Great place to stay!

I loved this place 🤩

Cons:

There's absolutely nothing there that you can complain about. Everything was top notch. Staff were extremely friendly they have a nice pool and fitness center and a good breakfast as well every morning. This hotel looks to be pretty new to me. The price was very reasonable as well for a week's stay.

Pros:

Location was nice but since there are other options, I will not be back.

Cons:

Pool was under construction. Would’ve been nice to know before booking. Staff kept lying saying it was being worked on and would be done by the 4th.

Pool was closed , my grandson was unable to to swim when this hotel advertised they had an in door pool and did not let us know it was down for repairs or reimburse any amount of the cost of the room for this inconvenience
