Скромный, но уютный отель.
Pros:

Прекрасное местоположение отеля. Есть отдельная кухня с посудой, чайником, кофеваркой и мк. печкой. Очень понравилась общая веранда с красивым видом на центральную площадь, где можно посидеть, выпить кофе, пообщаться. Комната, просторная, кровать удобная, белье чистое, есть все необходимое. Можно оформить завтраки, они в ресторане соседнего отеля, достаточно вкусные, есть выбор по меню, но напитки платные.

Cons:

Персонал на стойке регистрации не всегда был на месте, хотя заявлено круглосуточное дежурство. Уборка проводилась только в коридоре, в номерах не уберались, мусор не выносили. Окно не очень плотно закрывалось, немного напрягал шум ночью с улицы. Мебель старовата, душевая тоже требует ремонта, но это не критично.

la pulizia abbiamo trovato inserti morti e immondizia sotto al letto, l hotel aveva l'ascensore ma aveva 2 rampe da fare per arrivare al piano! non c'erano lenzuola e il copriletto era una copertura che non copriva interamente il letto! ah la doccia aveva lo scolo in una fessura aperta sul pavimento e nel box doccia quindi quando facevi la doccia l'acqua andava per tutto il bagno

There is not reception, just a code to enter
Pros:

The position close to the main square

Cons:

In the description is specified that the hotel has a 24h reception. But, immediately after the reservation, I received a private message on WhatsApp, an unknown person informed me that there is not reception and gave me the instructions to enter the place with the code.
I don't like this attitude, they have to write what there will be and what not, the description misleads people .
In addition, the bathroom sink faucet was a shower (see photo). It's certainly not what I expected.
