Pleasant stay but a bit far off the city for my liking
Pros:

The room was well thought out, functional. Enough space both in the room and in the bathroom. Shower cubicle was also well-functioning and there was no trouble of getting hot water. Fridge was spacious and functioned perfectly. Microwave-oven was also powerful and perfectly functional, but lacked cupola.
Reception staff were above average. Special thanks one more time to main receptionist(?) who helped me when the only lift was under repair and I arrived with very heavy backpack and aching knee and they allowed me to make one trip upwards in between the repairing.
The university's self-service grocery shop was amazing find. Only shortcoming was that you can't pay with cash.

Cons:

The cleaning of the room was made in vague way. Also the cleaning ladies were grumpy and un-polite.
One lift for a quite large hotel is risky. (Though almost all the other guests seemed to be fit under 30y people)
The location of the hotel is quite far away from the center and main sights. It wouldn't be a problem if it would be close to metro but it isn't. Trams nr 5 and 9 get you to hotel from Hlavni Nadrazi (Main Station) in 15-22 minutes.
The closest outside grocery store ('Keo' or 'Oke' or 'Eko' or something like that) while has good variety of goods, they try to cheat tourist any way they can. And English is not understood. Lidl is much better but it's about 800 metres towards the centre.
There is no real AC, but remote operated propeller in the ceiling. Now it was cool temperatures for July, but during seriously hot times, the rooms probably get hard to sleep in.

Pros:

A fürdöszoba egyszerűen makulátlan tiszta volt, de maga a szállás is nagyon tiszta volt de hihetetlenül tiszta volt a fürdő.
Matrac is egy kicsit keményebb mint az átlag.

Cons:

Klíma sajnos nem volt. Lehet hogy a jövőben szükség leszrá a melegebb nyarak miatt.

Guter Ausgangspunkt

Cons:

Viele junge Gäste, die die Türen zuschlagen, laut reden/rufen, spät in der Nacht.
Durch die Zimmertüren kann man Leute die Treppe gehen hören.

Pros:

The apartment was spotless tidy, everything seemed new and comfortable. Payed parking was also very spacious and convenient.

Cons:

Everything was excellent except noisy students which is to be expected in the university campus hotel.
