perfect location, great public transport links, shops and green spaces
Pros:

amazing location if you want to visit and explore Hamburg as its very close to a U-bahn station, lovely helpful receptionists and housekeepers, right by a petrol station and a lidl and lots of lush green spaces nearby to enjoy with family, overall massively exceeded my expectations and has amazing value for money

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in günstiger Lage für Hamburgtrips mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Ich kann mich nur den bereits vorhandenen hervorragenden Beurteilungen anschließen. Die Hoteleinrichtung ist modern, frisch und aktuell. Da darf man sich von der Waschbetonfassade außen nicht täuschen lassen. Die Zimmer haben eine ordentliche Größe. Wir waren über Pfingsten dort. Sonntagmorgen war der Frühstücksraum deshalb sehr voll, aber das Personal hat das alles bei hoher Freundlichkeit hinbekommen. Es brauchte auch niemand auf einen Tisch zu warten. Sonderwünsche wie Spiegeleier (Rührei und gekochte Eier gibt es sowieso immer) wurden an diesem Tag allerdings nicht erfüllt, am Pfingstmontag dann aber umgehend. Ausgezeichnet ist auch die Lage des Hotels. Die Hammer Landstraße ist zwar vierspurig, es wird aber nicht besonders schnell gefahren und die Hotelfenster schlucken den Schall gut, wobei wir ein Zimmer optimaler Weise auch zur Seite hatten, also nicht direkt nach vorne. Die U-Bahn ist vom Hotel aus in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen und man kommt eng getaktet ohne Umsteigen recht schnell direkt ins Zentrum (z. B. Jungfernstieg). Um von dort zu den Landungsbrücken und Musical-Fähren zu gelangen, muss man allerdings umsteigen, aber nur einmal, was auch nicht besonders schwierig ist. Optimal sind auch die zahlreichen Parkplätze neben dem Hotel (10 Euro pro Tag). Es gibt auch eine verschlossene Parkgarage (14 Euro pro Tag). Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Wir waren absolut begeistert. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich, aber das Team in der Küche hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. So viel Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit findet man selten. Vielen Dank Frau Filatova für die wunderbaren Ratschläge und Tipps für unsere Sightseeing-Tour in Hamburg! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Für eine Nacht OK.
Pros:

Hotel ist ganz gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen. In der Gegend ist die Auswahl auch eher eingeschränkt und so ist das Hotel ok.
Der Service ist sehr freundlich und die Bar ist ganz nett.

Cons:

Alles ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig. Wenn der Nachbar die Tür schließt bekommt man das definitiv mit.

Frühstück ist sehr einfach.

Preis/Leistung ist nicht so gut.
