It's great that there's a pool in central Madrid but that area looks a bit run down and not fully utilised.

Excelente o café da manhã, a cortesia dos atendentes e a limpeza e bem-estar das acomodações. Igualmente a localização do hotel no Bairro de Salamanca e sobre o Passeo de Castellana. Tudo muito equilibrado.

la gente del front desk super amable y pedi cambio de habitación y me lo hicieron enseguida y ademas nos regalaron los desayunos por 2 dias espectacular
la primera habitación que nos toco tenia feo olor ( a cigarrillo) pero nos cambiaron el cuarto enseguida después todo muy bien
The location is key when you travel. The neighborhood of Salamanca is indeed, the best if you want proximity to great restaurants and shopping, as well as museums which are not too far. We were able to get an early check-in. This, in itself is an impactful gesture towards the guest who is probably arriving from a long trip. I really appreciate the kindness of all the staff who helped us find a good restaurant, give information about transportation, and also kept the luggage while I was still waiting for my late night flight back home.
Everything was to my great satisfaction.

Que el baño era bastante incómodo y casi peligroso .. una bañera muy alta y una mampara móvil que dificultaba para salir mojado

No me permitieron dejar el equipaje un noche que tuve que salir de la ciudad para volver a alojarme por otras 8 noches en el hotel . La explicación que le brindaron no me satisfizo
