El aire acondicionado es flojo
Amabilidad del personal, muy buena predisposición. La suite Junior es una habitación muy cómoda. La ubicación del Hotel es excelente y el desayuno es también excelente con opciones aptas para celíacos.
Estacionamiento muy caro (se entiende por la ubicación). Inicialmente solicité el estacionamiento por 5 estadías, pero lo terminé usando 4 dias y 2 horas, pero solo se cobra por día..
No aceptan dolares americanos.
La ubicación , la limpieza, el desayuno muy variado y la habitación muy amplia
Nuestra habitación daba a una calle donde exactamente al frente hay un edificio en construcción. Advertí que esa situación, además de fea vista, tendría ruido. No me cambiaron y sucedió exactamente eso. Lunes y Martes ruido a las 7:30 AM y cero privacidad , tendría q haber cerrado los black out.
Considero que el hotel debiera advertir esa situación.
El hotel no cuenta con un restaurante, se puede pedir room service que ellos encargan. Impresentable para un hotel de esa categoría. A pesar de haber muchos restaurantes alrededor, el lunes hay muchos cerrados.

Excelente ubicación en el barrio Salamanca, el desayuno fue delicioso. La atención del personal fue fuera de serie. Me sentí muy a gusto luego de andar de tour por Italia, llegar a ese hotel para descansar unos días en Madrid y cargar baterías. Madrid siempre es una buena idea! Los museos, comida, gente. Y si se pasan esos días en un hotel como este, genial, aún mejor!
Quizás en el cuarto falta un poco de iluminación. Pero eso tiene arreglo. El personal me ayudó bastante a buscar reservaciones. Espero repetir la experiencia cuando vuelva a Madrid.
