Pros:

Es war sehr heimisch und wir wurden mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet.
Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Gegend war sehr schön.
Nur zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Чудове місце! У квартирі є все необхідне як для короткострокового так і для довгострокового проживання. Особливо порадувало м'яке та зручне ліжко. Також на кухні є кава та чай, що дуже приємно. Достатня кількість посуду, мікрохвильова та плита і холодильник. Можна повноцінно жити тут. Хороший інтернет. Розташування дуже зручне, поряд супермаркет, траса та станція метро. Дякую за гостинність.

Gute Lage, aber Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Komfort
Pros:

Die Lage des Studios ist wirklich super – man ist schnell in der Stadt und bei den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem liegt es in einer ruhigen Gegend direkt neben einer Kirche. Ein tolles Detail war der schwenkbare Fernseher an der Wand, den man flexibel drehen und so sogar von der Küche aus sehen konnte.

Cons:

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt ungemütlich gemacht haben. Bei einer Außentemperatur von 8 bis 16 Grad und bewölktem Himmel war das Zimmer leider ziemlich kalt. Obwohl wir die Heizung eingeschaltet haben, hat sie es nicht geschafft, den Raum auf angenehme 22 Grad zu heizen. In der früh war es wirklich kalt in den Zimmer.

Zudem ließ die Hygiene zu wünschen übrig: Der Boden und die Zimmerecken waren schmutzig. Auch in der Küche waren die Sachen unsauber: Wasserkocher, die Mikrowelle und das Abtropfgestell für die Teller waren schmutzig – und das, obwohl wir dort gar nicht gekocht haben.

Der Schrank war für unser Kleidung zu klein. (Wir waren in Nürnberg für 3 Nächte, 4 Tage.) Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr kompakt, und die Duschtür ließ sich nicht richtig dicht schließen. Wir haben immer aufgepasst in welche Richtung der Duschkopf benutzt wurde. Bei der Dusche, das Boden war Stein oder so, es war sehr kalt.

Fazit:
Lage und Ausstattungsideen sind top, aber gerade bei kühlerem Wetter sollte das Thema Heizung funktionieren und die Sauberkeit dringend nachgebessert werden.

Pros:

Die Appartements sind schön hell und sonnig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Die Ausstattung gut und vor allem der Kaffeevollautomat macht sehr guten Kaffee. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohnviertel. Ein kleines Café zum frühstücken befindet sich fußläufig, ebenso wie ein REWE-Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten Entfernung. Die nächste U-Bahnstation liegt ca. 10 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt liegt die Wohnung jedoch außerhalb des Zentrums.
Der Vermieter war bei Fragen gut erreichbar.

Pros:

Für eine Nacht ohne Ansprüche ist es ok. Zugang digital, super geregelt. Apartment war sauber.

Cons:

Ist in einem alten Gebäude vermutlich in Eigeninitiative ausgebaut und renoviert worden. Ist ersichtlich, dass die fachmännische Ausstattung nicht ausreichend war
