Pros:

Překrásný apartmán v centru města, dva pokoje, kuchyňka, koupelna, vstup na dvě vnitřní terasy. Bohatá snídaně v blízkém baru na poukázky, které jsme dostali na recepci. Personál nehodnotím, samoobslužné ubytování.

Cons:

Siena kopcovitá tak z parkoviště do kopce, ale s tím bylo počítáno. Recepce v jiné budově, pozor při komunikaci v rámci objednávání, jinak jste bez snídaně.

La ubicación es perfecta! Las instrucciones para llegar y la comunicación durante la estadía: geniales. Nos han ayudado con el tema del aparcamiento y facilitado descuentos para el parking de Il DUOMO.
Capítulo aparte para el desayuno: IMPRESIONANTE. En la cafetería de al lado del apartamento. Calidad, variedad y amabilidad de las camareras muy destacables.

Отличное месторасположение, прямо в центре. Красивая, комфортная квартира. Мне очень понравился матрас и подушки. Мы жалели, что провели здесь всего одну ночь, особенно когда увидели чудесный приватный садик. Очень тихий и зеленый. Самостоятельный заезд с подробнейшими инструкциями это очень удобно

Хотелось бы более поздний выезд - не в 10.30, а в 12 и Было бы удобно иметь два ключа

Charming apartment in the beautiful center of town
Pros:

The location was perfect, literally steps on from wonderful restaurants, shops and the beautiful historical sites. The apartment was quaint and very comfortable, with access to a shared outdoor terrace to sit and enjoy a nice meal and/or a glass of wine. There was a laundry room down a beautiful spiral staircase which was very convenient. We really loved our stay and did not want to leave. We will certainly be back

Très bien situé et propre, mais malheureusement bruyant — dommage !
Pros:

L’appartement était propre et disposait de toutes les commodités.
Il est un peu sombre, mais les caractéristiques de la ville font que tous les logements du centre doivent être ainsi.
La cour est très agréable.

Cons:

Le principal problème du logement est sa très mauvaise isolation phonique vis-à-vis de la circulation et du bruit de la rue.
C’est presque comme s’il n’y avait pas de porte : on entend toutes les personnes passer. Les escaliers amplifient encore les nuisances sonores, ce qui génère beaucoup de bruit.
La porte donnant sur la rue est également bruyante à la fermeture. De plus, un bip régulier provenant de la circulation se fait entendre toute la nuit.

En résumé, il est difficile d’y trouver un sommeil de qualité.

Kusursuz bir konaklamaydı
Pros:

Ev o kadar huzurlu, o kadar kusursuzdu ki, tatilimiz bir gün daha uzun olsa ve o günü de evden çıkmadan geçirsek diye hayal ettim. Oldukça geniş bir salon, eksiksiz bir mutfak, sade ve şık banyo. Ama en mükemmeli bahçesiydi. Orada kahvaltı yapmak, sıcak bir şeyler içip dinlenmek harika bir deneyimdi.

Konumu eski şehrin tam merkezinde ama oda avluya baktığı için sadece kuş cıvıltıları geliyor. Yatak bebeğimizle yatmamıza rağmen çok genişti.
Mama sandalyesi de vardı.

Odada Çamaşır makinesi olması, burada konaklamamız tatilimizin tam ortasına denk geldiği için avantaj oldu, makineyi iki kez çalıştırmak için deterjan vardı. Çamaşırlar bahçede birkaç saatte kurudu. Kişi başı günde iki adet kapsül kahve bence yeterliydi.

On est directement plongé dans le Sienne authentique.
Pros:

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Sienne, idéal pour les visites. Celui-ci est très bien équipé et agréable. Nous recommandons.

Cons:

Le digicode pour ouvrir la porte de l'appartement la première fois fais des problèmes.
