Breathtaking!!! Exceptional stay.
Pros:

This resort is breathtaking! The views from the pool are stunning, the rooms are incredible and the staff were lovely.

Also the spa treatments were amazing, some of the best we experience in our time in Bali!

The entire resort has such a relaxing energy, and we were always greeted with kindness. Everything was kept clean. Definitely great value for money.

The resort offers multiple daily shuttle services into Ubud centre which was a very handy service.

Cannot wait to return to TanaDewa!!

Lage vom Zimmer man hat bei offenem Balkon immer Anlagengeräusche gehört. Dabei wäre es so schön die Natur zu hören

Pros:

prachtig uitzicht ook vanuit het zwembad. De kamer was lekker ruim. Personeel groet heel vriendelijk en helpt goed.

Cons:

We hadden de kamer naast de eetzaal. Dit zorgde soms voor een klein beetje kabaal van bijvoorbeeld messen etc.

Un séjour magnifique
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel dans un cadre incroyable et verdoyant, chambre spacieuse avec piscine privée (Villa 7), personnel est au petit soin et d'une grande gentillesse. Un merci tout particulier à Kurnia pour son écoute et sa bienveillance. Séjour parfait !!

Cons:

Dommage du bruit des travaux en face, malgré que l'hôtel n'en pouvait rien.

Bedbugs, dirty mattresses, mouldy rooms & no security. Not comfortable once you look under the sheets at what you’re
Pros:

I liked the part where we left. The breakfast tasted nice, but I know that I got food poisoning from something from their restaurant (as I ate every meal there).

Cons:

Disgusting mattresses that have never been cleaned. There were bedbugs in every room we got moved to across the entire property ( 4 different rooms - including 2 private villas).

Mould behind every sink - as told to us on our first night after we asked if we could switch rooms as we were pretty disgusted by it and had an infant with us which made it even more of a serious matter.

No security - guests being left to run wild all night after “quiet hours”.

After multiple nights of guest recklessness and interrupted sleep (listening to the guests fighting all night in the room next door to us + our baby, who is usually an great sleeper, being woken up many times from yelling and furniture being thrown) we complained about the lack of care from staff and we were immediately upgraded to a private villa (also with a disgustingly mouldy sink).

My wife and I woke up every morning of our stay, itching ourselves raw with lines of huge welts (the classic bed bug bite pattern) and we hadn’t even left the rooms / villas for days, so they definitely weren’t other bugs. By the end of our stay we were covered in bedbug bites, confirmed by a doctor to indeed be bedbug bites.

We decide to look under the sheet and what we found was repulsive. Layers of muck that clearly had not been vacuumed or steam cleaned in a very long time or maybe ever. This was also found in 3/4 rooms that we stayed in (we didn’t check the 1st room, but I can only assume it was most of the rooms).

The staff kept trying to convince us that there was atleast one resonable place to sleep on the property but there wasn’t. We even stayed in their “best villa”. The mattress I have attached a photo of was in that villa and as you can tell it was absolutely filthy.

Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience for what is supposedly a “luxury” resort. The issues are things you probably won’t notice straight away, but once you’ve noticed it’s hard to feel totally comfortable.

The ultimate hotel-in-the-tropical-jungle experience!
Pros:

The best hotel-in-the-tropical-jungle experience I’ve ever had! Loved everything about the place: the friendliest staff, the most delicious food, the most comfortable room and, most of all, the view! The photos cannot reflect the depth of the greenery, the sounds of the surrounding nature and the smell of the tropical forest - it’s the ultimate experience you can only feel in a place like that. Highly recommended!

Skøn og rolig beliggenhed med lækre store værelser og fantastiske senge.

Cons:

Hotellet fremstår lidt slidt i hjørnerne, og virker lidt dødt. Vi savnede livlighed og personlig karakter. Personalet virker lidt stift, og der var en del sprogbarriere. For gæster kan det hurtigt se ud som om der er for mange på arbejde i forhold til hvad der er at lave.
