Sehr freundliches Personal. Perfekte Lage um die Zeit zwischen den Flügen zu überbrücken. Sehr guter Service. Shuttle funktioniert verlässlich und einwandfrei. Für die Ankunft einfach von selbst via Nachrichtenfunktion die Details abfragen um den Shuttle auch für die Anfahrt nutzen zu können. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück dass immer wieder aufgefüllt wird. Toller Pool, auch bestens für Kinder geeignet.

Stay away!!! Customer service is absolutely terrible
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel out of convenience as it was close to the Cancun airport. Upon arrival everything went smoothly. However, they put us in a room close to the elevator. Again, at first I was happy for the convenience. That said, any time the elevator let people off, it sounds exactly like a doorbell. I didn’t think it would be a problem, but it was. Then when we went to sleep that night we decided to turn on the AC as I don’t like it running when we’re not in the room. I was tired when I first went to sleep and then about an hour later I was sweating profusely. I tried to turn down the temp and attempted to go back to bed. At this point it was 1am. I laid in bed for an hour waiting for it to kick in but nothing changed. I got up and looked at the control and it was still the same temp. As I was tired I thought maybe I didn’t do something right. Tired again and laid in bed for an hour. Nothing. At 5am I went down to the front desk to complain. They asked why I hadn’t come down sooner. I’m really sorry but all I was trying to do was sleep. I asked for a refund and they refused. They said they could give me another room to sleep in two floors down. What??? No, not acceptable. This place doesn’t know anything about customer service and I hope someone planning to go there chooses another hotel so they can get some sleep!!

An ideal venue from the airport, comfortable and well appointed hotel

Good strategic stop while doing an overnight connection in Cancun
Pros:

The locations, the swimming pool area, the breakfast.

Cons:

It is certainly close to the airport but not as close as I thought. I had to wait a lot for the shuttle in the way to the hotel.

Todo muy bien el desayuno muy poco variado y el servicio de transfer desde el aeropuerto nunca aparecio como se me vendio tuve que pagar un taxi de mi propio bolsillo y nunca me reembolsaron solo me dirigieron al hotel y el hotel a Booking. com . Aun esperando respuesta . No muy profesional forma de tratar a un GENIUS VIP.

Sehr gut
Pros:

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Da unser Flug annulliert wurde, haben wir mehrere Tage im Hotel verbracht. Tolles Frühstück mit viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Toilette oder der Abfluss hat manchmal etwas streng gerochen. Der Pool könnte man mehr reinigen.
