Mi hotel favorito viajando en el Aeropuerto de Cancun
Pros:

Mi hotel favorito cuando tengo que viajar. Me encantan los cuartos, la alberca, el transporte, el desayuno... Excelente! Ojala que en mi proxima visita es igual.

Perfect stay for a night or two.
Pros:

Friendly, professional and service oriented all around. Great place to stay when waiting for a night or two to travel on. Shops close by to get whatever you may have forgotten at home. Staff excellent.

Pros:

El desayuno excelente, la ubicación muy bien!

Cons:

El baño estaba muy limpio, impecable, pero le falta mantenimiento, sobretodo checar el espejo grande, todo lo demás muy bien!!

Emplacement ok si vous avez un vol de prévu

Cons:

Le service de navette à l’arrivée est très mal organisé. Pour une personne qui vient tout juste d’atterrir dans le pays, la procédure est particulièrement compliquée. Il faut contacter l’hôtel par téléphone dès son arrivée, ce qui peut être problématique lorsque l’on ne dispose pas d’une carte SIM locale. Il faut ensuite attendre qu’un chauffeur vienne vous récupérer, avec un délai annoncé pouvant aller jusqu’à une heure, ce qui est difficilement acceptable après un long vol.
De plus, la personne venue nous chercher s’est montrée peu aimable et adoptait une attitude plutôt hautaine, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore moins agréable.
En revanche, le service de navette au départ était satisfaisant et s’est déroulé sans difficulté.

Super Lage, wenn man schnell am Flughafen sein will
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier, da wir am nächsten Morgen geflogen sind. Die Lage mit Nähe zum Flughafen ist perfekt. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen an. Das hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Das Hotel war sauber und der Service war super.
