Pros:

Location is very good, the room was comfortable except the bathroom where the shower was very cramped and difficult to get in and out. The view was incredible!

Cons:

There were a lot of groups staying and the lift always busy! For the same reason, the room was noisy at night.

10/10 place to be in Montreux except the one thing I mentioned

Everything except one. It’s the place to be when in Montreux specifically the rooms facing the Freddy Mercury side of the promenade.

Cons:

The freebies are much spoken about by the staff but they never refill them…atleast during my 4 night stay , my room was hardly refilled till I requested couple times on a Sunday as I didn’t want to step out( I was informed by reception that refills are done twice a day), then too a lady came with a whole set of excuses…
This is not a big deal, we were not banking on the freebies(must mention that we didn’t want any alcohol) but why promise something you can’t keep up with when you already have a great thing going. I’ll still choose this hotel for my next trip but I want the hotel management to do something about my complaint and not just ignore it or find faults with me like they have done in a few negative reviews earlier.

Amazing room view but need to improve toilet design and tiles

The room is huge and the view is amazing! We overlook the beautiful lake! The amenities in the hotel is great, where they provide free popcorn, tea and apple juice in the lobby. And in the room the drinks in the fridge is free!! Love the thought and service! The food in the restaurant is also amazing! Love the fact that it’s a true double bed and not 2 single bed pieced together.

Cons:

The toilet has a very old design and is extremely slippery tiles. Need to be extra careful when showering in the tub. Nothing amazing about the toilet.
