El hotel en un todo es excelente . Buenísimo ubicación, buena atención, habitacion hermosa, amplia , muy cómoda . Pero el baño demasiado chico para la calidad de todo el hotel. Fue en la habitación mini mona. El minibar común sin costo, había una cafetera y pochoclos en el lobby para uso a discreción.

Pleasant, romantic, impressive, friendly, convenient, a well rounded hotel.
Pros:

I love the ambience, love the lake, love the vibe, the free laundry available wjth dryer. Love the convenient of public transport, love the newly renovated rooms, the scenery from the room is breathtaking, really a wonderful stay for me and husband. We really hope to come back again!

Very pleasant stay on Lake Geneva.
Pros:

Location was great. Right on the water and close to the train station.Room was spacious for Europe. In room coffee maker was nice. Had coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake. Robes and slippers provided. Local transport card provided. AC worked. Small couch was comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

Elevators are tiny.

A hotel with high value.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful, arranging most suitable room for us. The view is unbeatable, even from every rooms. Breakfast is wonderful. Undersground parking is also convenient.

Close to the station, view was beautiful from the room and the hotel itself, staff were friendly and helpful! Free coffee, tea, sweets and popcorn which is nice when you need a snack but they go very quickly! Shopping centre nearby, lakeside market and pier for boat tour! Bus runs frequently to take you to local towns as well! Overall very nice, enjoyed my stay :)

Pros:

Resort vibe with great lake view from “Cozy Mona” room. Patio dining is a true international scene. Excellent breakfast overlooking the lake. Very close to the train station.

Je retournerai lorsque les salles de bain auront été rénovées .
Pros:

L’emplacement est génial et la vue extraordinaire.
Les chambres privilèges sont très grandes et les lits très confortables. Le personnel est très aimable et compétent.

Cons:

Les salles de bain méritent d’être rénovées. Il n’y a pas de douches et les baignoires sont étroites et hautes ce qui laisse peu de place aux mouvements.
À déconseiller aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
