Pros:

View from room was beautiful and location was good.

Cons:

Elevators are tiny and were not always clean. I informed the front desk that someone had spilled greasy popcorn in one of the elevators, and several hours later it still had not been cleaned up.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Urlaubstage.
Pros:

Ein Hotel in bester Lage und Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir sind beeindruckt, wie sauber und ordentlich alles war.

Cons:

Hotel para relajarse en familia.
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel son sus vistas al lago Leman. Es un hotel cómodo, con personal amable, desayuno muy variado, habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas.

Cons:

Hubo un solo detalle que no hizo perfecta la estadía; había una filtración y la alfombra adyacente al baño estaba mojada.

A lovely hotel, perfectly positioned overlooking the lake.
Pros:

Super location and great room with a view over the lake. Very helpful and responsive staff. Free teas, coffee and snacks at reception which was a real bonus.

Comfortable stay with wonderful staff during a busy time in Montreux
Pros:

We arrived in Montreux during extremely high temperatures, and the city was also very busy because of the jazz event taking place in July, so it probably was not the best moment for us to fully appreciate the beauty of the city.

That said, the hotel made our stay much more comfortable. The AC, the cozy room, and the complimentary drinks were definitely highlights and made everything much more pleasant. The cleanliness was also great.

And the staff, what can I say? They were so friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed. That really made a difference during our stay.
