Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage zentral.

Pros:

L’emplacement était très bien et les lits confortables.

Cons:

Dès 8h le personnel faisait énormément de bruit dans le couloir, c’était dérangeant.
La chambre avait un mobilier ancien et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de café et thé dans la chambre.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Kunsthof. Bisher jedes Mal in einem anderen Zimmer. Dass jedes Zimmer anders eingerichtet ist, gefällt mir gut.
Personal stets freundlich.
Möglichkeit, auch nur an einzelnen Tagen das Frühstück dazu zu buchen.
Sind immer wieder gerne hier, wenn wir in Wien unsere Tochter mit Familie besuchen

Great location, great food and everything you need.
Pros:

Location-wise, the area has a few coffee shops and things to do nearby, but it's mostly residential/offices. You are within walking distance of a few places for food and coffee and very near the tram, which will take you anywhere you need to go.

The room was great! It was spacious and had working AC. The only thing was that the showerhead was a bit odd; it was in the middle of the shower and faced outward, but once I figured out how to use it, it was great (this may be something I am just not used to in the States). It had nice blackout curtains, and it was clean.

Breakfast was fabulous; the staff was welcoming and kind.

Your doors do not auto-lock behind you, so be sure that you lock them from the outside when you are leaving and inside when you are in the room. I didn't have any nervousness or concern about my safety - everything was great!

Τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικό σταθμό
Μας έδωσαν μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο μόλις μας είδαν ότι είχαμε μικρό μωρό μαζί μας

Cons:

Για να φτάσεις στο ασανσέρ από την είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου έχει λίγα σκαλάκια
Εάν έχεις καρότσι μωρού η έχεις κινητικά προβλήματα δεν υπάρχει μια μικρή ράμπα να σε διευκολύνει
