C'era una bella basca, ma era difficile farsi la doccia. Una delle impiegate al desk ci ha fornito una informazione sbagliata sul treno che porta all'aeroporto (ha detto che la linea era interrotta) Per fortuna il suo collega , molto più efficente, ha rimediato il giorno dopo dandoci l'informazione corretta

Pros:

After a long overnight train, getting into the hotel felt like home. The staff were very kind and helpful. We got a great last minute deal for the apartment and the facilities, cleanliness and most the atmosphere of the place was so pleasant and relaxing. The vibe felt young, fresh and bright. Loved the artwork and the bright colours. Most of all the little Green courtyard was a wonderful place to sit quietly and feel close to nature and at peace with Green everywhere and the sound of birds. We only stayed 1 night but will definitely book it again if ever going to Vienna.

Cons:

Absolute nothing. It was perfect and a great find.
