Pros:

Love this hotel, staff are so friendly, it's just outside the station and very easy to get to the Cricket Ground which was what we were in somerset for, My company Trade Nation sponsor the Team on T 20 and the Ground.

Cons:

The Soap dispenser didn't work in the bathroom at the sink, I had to step into the shower each time to pump that one, should be checked each new guest arrival.

Friendly staff. 24 hour reception. Very nice shower.

Cons:

Room decor& furniture dark. Black cushions unnecessary. Nowhere to hang clothes except 2 hooks above kettle. No hooks in bathroom for towel or dressing gown.

Great location especially if you come by train. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with lots of options
Pros:

Excellent room. Very clean. Lots of lovely cushions on the bed. I liked it that it had a bin to put different types of rubbish into. Staff were polite especially those who served breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic. I was so full afterwards

Cons:

The wifi code was difficult to find. It was on the info page in the room but it was very small and near the end of the information. Also they could make it clear that the first letter needed to be a capital letter.
