Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage!
Pros:

Sehr vielseitiges gesundes Frühstücksangebot.. Von allen was dabei Müsli & Co, Joghurts, Obst, verschiedene Brötchen , Wurst/Käse und auch lecker
warme Gerichte, z.b. Rührei mit Speck, Bratkartoffeln .
Und zum Abschluss ein Glas Prosecco oder Saft... so kann der Tag doch starten !😄

Lage des Hotels und des Zimmers (ruhig), Parksystem

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überteuert, Frühstück zu teuer, Zimmer unsauber (Reste und Staub unter dem Bett, Lampe staubig, Dusche teilweise defekt (Tür klemmt, Dusche läuft nach, Wasserhahn schwer zu betätigen), Doppelbett ohne durchgängige Matratze (Matratze rutscht, es entsteht eine Lücke)

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und guter Ausgangspunkt, um Cottbus und Umgebung zu erkunden.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt, vielfältiges Frühstück, und ein komfortables Zimmer mit Blick auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Cottbus. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt und des Umlandes sowie vieler Nachbarorte.

Für zwei Nächte ok aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt, super Frühstück und freundliches diskretes Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr staubig, als wenn es länger nicht vergeben wurde und dann nicht nochmal Staub gewischt wurde. Sehr abgewohnt schon und Fugen im Bad vor der Dusche sehr gelb verfärbt, die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht immer richtig. Die Betten rutschten immer wieder auseinander.

Sehr guter Standort für eine Städtereise
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal hat alle Anliegen sehr freundlich und kompetent bearbeitet. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Cons:

Die Duschabtrennung war nicht dicht, so dass das Bad schon nach nur sehr kurzer Dusche unter Wasser stand. Der Schaden war offensichtlich bekannt, die Reparatur schon beauftragt - es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn wir bei Anreise darauf hingewiesen worden wären.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Super nettes Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Auch für unsere Fahrräder war gesorgt. Sogar einen erst Hilfekasten für Fahrräder gab es.

Cons:

Da fällt mir nichts ein.
