Pros:

The location was very convenient, the view from the balcony was gorgeous, and there were plenty of parking spaces available near the hotel.

Cons:

The room was unfortunately not very clean upon arrival. The sheets had stains on them, and there was noticeable dust accumulated around the floors.
We also experienced some difficulty during check-in, as there was no staff member at reception and we waited approximately 45 minutes. Other guests suggested calling the contact number provided, however the line was either engaged or switched off. Eventually, another guest who was also trying to check in managed to get through, and a staff member then came down to assist us.

Für 3 Nächte okay, aber beim nächsten Mal buchen wir woanders

Die saubere Bettwäsche.
Für 3 Nächte in Ordnung und sehr stadtnah.

Cons:

In der Unterkunft waren nur runde Ecken geputzt, Wischen oder auch mal Oberfläche wie Tisch und Föhn abwischen kennt das Hotel nicht.
Die Luft im Zimmer war stickig und es roch sehr stark nach Abfluss
Der check in war kompliziert und man musste lange warten, zudem fand die Kommunikation nur auf Englisch statt.

Nie wieder.
Pros:

Mir hat leider nichts gefallen. Ich war mit anderen Erwartungen in das Hotel gekommen, da ich schon einmal da war - hatte damals ein Zimmer zum Fluss welches OK und ruhig war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer 204 und besonders das Bad hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch. Zudem lag das Zimmer direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und war entsprechend laut. Der Zustand von Zimmer und Fluren wirkte renovierungsbedürftig, wobei das Bad bereits renoviert wurde und insgesamt den saubersten Eindruck hinterließ. Das WLAN war ebenfalls kaum nutzbar.

Die angesprochenen Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, konnten die Situation jedoch nicht verbessern, da es vor Ort keinen direkten Service gab und nur telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen werden konnte. Das Hotel war ausgebucht.

Es war sehr schön. Wir hatten mit Kindern genug Platz. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar (Zoo, Stadt,Museen)

Cons:

Das einzige Manko waren die Zimmertüren, da man alles im Gang gehört hat. Zum Glück hatten alle von uns einen guten Schlaf.

Man konnte nicht schlafen, da die Leute inndem Zimmer gegenüber sehr laut waren. Niemand hat etwas unternommen! Due Bettwäsche hatten Flecken.

Por decir, de una vez, no me gustó que tocara la puerta cuando antes de hacer el checking y que sonárala la alarma cuando es el check como si fuera una prisión no sé si eso es normal y no dejaba de sonar a no ser que quitemos la tarjeta y el citófono que hay un citófono en el departamento con el que sirve para abrir las puertas creo que no funcionaba y había que abrir abajo no le entendí la verdad el procedimiento pero eso sería todo

As a small improvement, it would be nice to add a wine glass and some paper napkins to the kitchen

Great value for money. The hotel has a very good location: a small budget and at the same time with all required grocery store is just one minute away, and the city centre is about 10–15 minutes on foot. Public transport, including tram and metro, is also nearby.

The single room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchenette, fridge, balcony, and a nice view of the river. It was also quiet, which made the stay very pleasant.

Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen…

Cons:

Das Bett war an der Seite extrem abgenutzt, wir hatten rote Spritzer ( Blut?) an der Wand, es roch stark nach Rauch. Es gibt keine Hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Parken zum entladen nicht möglich.

Està a prop del centre caminant, està tocant de Sachsenhausen també.

Cons:

L'únic que estava net era el llit i el lavabo, el terra era enganxifós des que vam entrar i els mobles, coberts de pols (es notava que feia setmanes que no netejaven). No es pot cuinar a pesar de tenir cuineta ja que no hi ha quasi bé estris, fa molta calor en l'habitació tot i que tenen un ventilador que almenys funciona. Les habitacions no són per a res com en les fotos.
