First our room was double booked, moved us to a smaller room. We requested a smoking room and did not get one. The window in the room was broken and banging shut the whole night, called reception and they said they would send someone to come take a look but never did. So we had to listen to the window banging shut the whole night, and to make it worse they have a night club right next door that was playing loud music until 5am. We couldn't shut the window to drown out the noise! And one other thing they don't tell you is that after the booking is made and paid for they require an additional R1000 as a breakage deposit
Exceptionally clean, well equipped for self-catering, good location to restaurants and beach!
The local nightclub can get quite noisy until quite late.

The location was perfect,close to everything and bed was comfortable.
The lady at reception/key collection was very unprofessional and wasn't welcoming at all. Towels were dirty and old with a red stain on one of them
The location was straight forward and it was nice to see all restaurants around us, our room was very good looking clean.
The parking is not good it looks not safe but nothing happens to our car it just that you always have to make sure about your baby (car).

No blanket as it was a bit chilly at night. I wasn't sure where the parking was. I wasn't sure about the iron to press my clothes.
It was all perfect, peaceful, and beautiful. Everything was safe at the hotel, and I felt comfortable during my stay. I didn't use anything in the kitchen, and I made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. I respected the place as if it were my own home. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I enjoyed my time there. Thank you for providing such a safe and beautiful place to stay.

von den bildern unklar, dass die Räume direkt nebeneinander sind und nur eine verspigelung auf den scheiben sind. kein kontakt vor ort mit vermietern oder angestellten, kann man mögen oder nicht.
L'appartement était vraiment très bien, l'emplacement au top rien à dire
Le gros problème c'est que l appartement que nous avions était le n2 et qu'il donne sur la place principale.
Le soir pas de bruit tout était fermé sauf un pub le MOZAMBIK et tout bascule de la musique à fond jusqu'à 2/3h du matin et donc si vous pensiez vous reposer tranquillement c'est mort 🤣 j'ai pratiquement fait 2 nuits blanche.

The receptionist didn't have a clue about the website, also no manager on duty...
This is day 7 amd I still haven't received my deposit back. Everytime I phone, it's said to be done the next day...

Train your staff. And provide safe parking for vehicle. Then it will be great.

The fact that we must take out the refuse bag, I dont know what will the housekeeping staff will do
I understand the rule of breaking and stealing have to be safeguarded, hence the deposit is there,this thing of not air drying the dishes
I think the set too many things that should be done by housekeeping staff that was made to be the guest duties because they want their R1000 deposit back I will rather pay for housekeeping than to take out the dustbin, no iron was provided had to call and request it, was told to use it and put it in the cupboard and what about the next day again will call again?
The location and view
There was no room service, when we arrived there was 1 roll of tissue paper, there was only x2 45mls of shower gel and shampoo for 3 nights that I had booked, the bunk beds had no steps or ladder to climb, there was no playing facilities for the children, the was only one toilet for the whole family and it was an insuit🤥, had to park our car on the other side
That apartment is not children friendly
