We attended a conference. The assistance of all hotel staff we engaged with is highly appreciated
Pros:

The variety of foods was great and well presented and tasty. The staff were very efficient filling coffee cups and removing empty plates from the tables. The chefs did a really good job!

Cons:

Really nothing to complain about. Front desk staff and housekeeping were very helpful and friendly.

Nothing but Excellent!!!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Avani Lesotho Hotel.

From the moment we arrived, Mpho at Reception made us feel welcome with her friendly and professional service. The ladies serving breakfast were equally warm, attentive, and ensured we started each day on a positive note. Upon departure, the gentleman who assisted us with our luggage was courteous and helpful, and even the security guard at the exit greeted us with a smile and wished us a safe journey.

It was truly a memorable experience, made even more special by the exceptional hospitality of every staff member we interacted with. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service. We look forward to visiting again.

Staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome.

The food at breakfast not warm enough, its close to being cold.
The food stand open under that warmer light and it get hard and dry.

Cons:

Over priced. Shower was the smallest I have ever used. Parking was not enough for all guests. Only 2 chairs in the lobby.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Pros:

There was absolutely nothing that was impressive about Avani Lesotho. A WASTE OF MONEY. The Manager did not want to give a refund on request.

Cons:

- The Entire facility was delapitating
- No proper ventilation
- The carpets and rooms are DIRTY
- The showers were so dirty
- The entire place smells like SMOKE
- Need for an urgent upgrade or shutdown
-The food was absolutely terrible
- Everything is overpriced at Avani and is pure daylight robbery
- I've had to change rooms THREE TIMES before finding a mediocre room that I unfortunately had to sleep in due to the manager not approving request to refund. Luckily I was able to cancel my second booking with booking.com as I had initially booked for two nights. AVANI hotel group needs to do way better or shut down the place.

Lesotho daki en iyi otel bu imiş.(!)

Cons:

Tesis eski, internet yok denecek kadar kötü, girişte 40 dakika benim kaydımı aradılar. Booking rezervasyon nosunu vermeme rağmen. Banyo lavabo su gitmiyor haber verdim gene yapamadilar. Klima diye koydukları o kadar gürültü çıkarıyor ki açamadım. Kahvaltı zayıf. Kalite ve hizmet yok.

Great memorable stay
Pros:

Dinner was great experience. The staff were very cautious and the support from the team was to my expectations'. The team keeps to keep it up

Cons:

Non availability of the shuttle from the airport needs to be resolve as the different actors charge different rates. If you have never been to Lesotho, you can be ripped off

disaster. staff with poor empathy, limited customer orientation and an overrpriced experience.
Pros:

wifi. clean.

Cons:

booked for rooms. got three rooms. got overcharged. wanted standard rooms - go a suite at an extra cost when we were told it was going to be standard rate and and then got something super below a standard room and our colleagues could not use it at all. It was like an ironing laundry room.

満足できる滞在だった。
Pros:

家族5名で2部屋予約したところ、内部で部屋同士がつながっている部屋を準備してくれたので快適・便利に過ごせた。レストランも館内に洋食と中華があり、特に中華はとてもおいしかった。ソファベッドの設置を依頼した際も、すぐにスタッフが来てくれた。受付やレストランのスタッフは全員親切だった。館内ではどこにいてもネットをスムーズに使うことができた。

Cons:

清潔だが、少し古さは感じた。廊下や部屋が、若干タバコ臭く感じた。我が家も子連れでお互い様ではあるものの、他の部屋や廊下の騒音が気になる夜があった。
