Super Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, zentrale Lage, üppiges Frühstück, sauber.

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Bodenbeläge, Abhängigkeit vom Fahrstuhl (Treppenhaus nur für Notfall mit Alarm gesichert). Der Fahrradstellplatz in der Tiefgarage wirkt trotz angeblicher Videoüberwachung nicht sicher.
