Дуже привітний та професійний персонал. Смачні сніданки. Особливо сподобалась сауна
В номері був трішки затхлий запах і килим з плямами. Але це не зіпсувало перебування в готелі
Все чисто, в гарному стані, гарний сніданок. Сподобалося спа, перлинні вани, массаж, соляна кімната. Дуже привітний персонал. Окрема подяка медсестрі в медичному центрі.
Розташування м'яко кажучи так собі. Мої вікна виходили на задній двір і за ним якийсь цементний завод. Вікна неможливо відкрити через шум і пилюку. Поруч з готелем заїзд бетономішалок, які їздять туди сюди кожні 10 хв. Машина на стоянці була вся в цементній пилюці.

Не працював телевізор,не морозив холодильник,мінеральна вода в готелі та в бюветі1 в центрі міста дуже відрізнялись.

Погана шумоізоляція, сусідів дуже чутно. А мені попались як раз шумні.
