Pros:

Läget var bra och rummet var stort. Inredningen i restaurangen där man åt frukost var väldigt vacker och gammal. Personalen i receptionen var trevlig.

Cons:

Vi bad om ett tyst rum med utsikt och fick till svar att det inte gick för att rummen med utsikt ligger mot gatan. Vi valde då ett tyst rum utan utsikt. Det hade varit snällt om de upplyst om att de spelar live musik varje kväll till midnatt och sedan dj till kl. 02. Då hade jag bytt hotell. Rummet var slitet och elsystemet gick inte att förstå. Frukosten var inte vad vi förväntade oss.

A lovely memorable stay with helpful and friendly staff..
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good value and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

A bit noisy with music etc later in the evening but we were warned about it.

The room was up to par, fantastic location, wonderful staff, fabulous food - not one complaint!! The Skeff Pub after hours was unforgettable as well!

Pros:

Location was fantastic, rooms were clean, AC worked very well on the days it was hot. There was a hair dryer with a diffuser attachment (huge win for curly hair girlies). I requested one of the quieter rooms and never had any issues with noise from the bar.

Totally great place and I can overlook the sketchy alley but some people might not stay there even if it was free

Perfect location in fantastic pub and restaurant associated with it
Apartment room was perfect for a family of 5

Cons:

If renting the apartment it should be noted that to get there you must walk 250 feet through a narrow dark disgusting smelly alley to get to it.
Chances are there will be 4-6 teenage hoodlums staring at you the entire way while they drink beer and smoke. Once inside the security door then one must walk up two flights of stairs which is not a big deal- except that it is often obstructed by a smoking man or many boxes of produce for the restaurant that also occupies the stairs

We felt so fortunate to have such a fun, comfortable, convenient place to stay! The staff was great!
Pros:

The location was perfect. The attached pub was the most fun we had in Galway and it was just a door and an elevator ride up to our room!

Cons:

The internet was really slow. Had to download a work document and it took hours.

Rooms are really dated. Hospital sized beds. Rooms were warm, no fan or AC. Music from downstairs to loud until 2am.
