Not so sure
Pros:

The location. The price . The variety of restaurants around the area.

Cons:

Never had a problem with the hotel until last stay where the bed post was visible stained and towels too. They almost didn’t want to change my towel because housekeeping had went home .

Very comfortable and convenient
Pros:

It was convenient and close to Timesquare. There’s a 7/11 right downstairs. Close to many restaurants and eating places, all within walking distance.

Cons:

This particular room didn’t have an extra couch that we had in our previous stay

Pros:

I enjoyed my 3-day, 2-night trip to Miri while staying at this hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and smelled nice. It was also spacious enough for two people. The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros:

The hotel inside, very clean and fragrance.

Cons:

Near our rom at 2nd floor (quadruple room or family room) there's a noise from behind the small door maybe it's a sound from "engines" or aircond compressor. It's too loud and disturbing.
