Pros:

This hotel giacosa is without doubt in a perfect place in milan the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful they assisted with all your needs breakfast was great a wide range to chose from and the security in the lobby area extremely friendly and helpful rooms immaculate very comfortable plus air conditioning cleaned every day and the fridge was a great help 10 out of 10

Habitación muy amplia , limpia y el chico de recepción de la noche muy majo

Cons:

Como mejora, el aire acondicionado no se puede subir, solo bajar, y si está encendido por la noche puede hacer un poquito de frío. Nosotros sin el aire estábamos perfectos pero si se ponía el aire, hacia demasiado frío.

Horrible neighborhood. The female staff were friendly, while the male staff were rather “meh” or even a little scary.

The rooms were unbelievably hot. Unfortunately, you couldn’t leave the AC running during the day when you weren’t in the room because it only worked with the room key card inserted. On top of that, the AC vent was positioned directly above the head of the bed and blasted cold air straight at you. There was no way to change the direction either, as the vent was fixed.

Miły pobyt w hotelu.
Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa, czysto, żadnych problemów z wodą, prysznicem, łóżka twardsze, ale my akurat takie lubimy, wielość punktów oświetleniowych w pokoju, nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń, doskonałe wi-fi.
Lokalizacja 3 przystanki metrem z 1 przesiadką, od Statione Centrale+ kawałek pieszo.

Cons:

Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

Per quanto riguarda l'albergo nulla da dire.
Lascia un po a desiderare il quartiere visto che il giorno del check out fuori c era una situazione poco tranquilla.

Cons:

Les pneus crevés de ma voiture dans le parking privé de l'hôtel. La climatisation non réglable qui rend la chambre très froide. L'isolation des fenêtres proche du néant malgré le double vitrage. Le quartier pas super. Les portes de douches rafistolées comme on peut. La suffisance et la non chalence des personnes à la réception. L'une des pires expériences que j'ai pu vivre.

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, but the AC and lack of in-room facilities were bad
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The room had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and good towels. Everything else was in good condition. Breakfast is available for €9.

Cons:

The main issue was the air conditioning. We could only turn it on or off and couldn't control the temperature, so at 22°C it was either too cold or too warm. We had to use extra blankets to stay comfortable. There was also no kettle, cups, or other facilities for making tea or coffee in the room.

The location is about an 8-minute walk from the metro, so it isn't very close. There were also mostly Asian restaurants nearby.

Staff was friendly and it was relatively clean

Cons:

I didnt feel good about the place or the location. It is a really old place, felt like everything is falling apart, it wasnt cheep so didnt expect that. Neghbourhood is bad as well, dirty, smelly and really loud in the night. Drunk people everywhere at 9am, not a pleasant thing when traveling with a child. Dont think i would be coming back
