The location and the amenities
The air conditioning was not up to par. We set the fan speed to high but it stayed pretty low.
We stay at this location all the time when I c o to Phoenix its fun stsff is amazing
Every thing was great
We liked the size of the room. We also liked the breakfast. the elevators were amazing
We didn't like that we had to go to the an other floor to get ice. The shower had mold. And room had no microwave. No free complimentary water bottles in the room.
Not having to sleep in a car or on the street.... counter staff were a mix of helpful and friendly mostly.
Bathrooms smelled like sewer, shower and toilet were way too small to use properly. Carpet was stained/dirty. Breakfast was absolutely gross - dirty tables, dirty dishes and nothing was edible/cooked properly.
Room was nice and clean, hotel was nice and solid store
They charge to park in their own parking lot
Housekeeping was amazing and the front staff was excellent.
Room air circulation was musty, shower drain smelled rotten. The fridge worked sporadically, freezing half of our things. Husband found cockroaches in gum and in downstairs bathroom. Our stay was especially ruined the very last day when there was a large conference that left a horrendous smell in the lobby; it smelled like gallons of old urine had been poured on the floor. The breakfast was inedible. I had a bowl of watermelon and choked down an overcooked chemical tasting hard boiled egg… my husband barely ate any of his ;/ the coffee mugs were dirty, as well as the silverware.
Great location , great salt water pool
The pictures I saw for my room was not the same as the room , I stayed in when I spoke to staff they said that the right room , the buffet was ok eggs were dry and kinda old tasting the hot part was not very good the cold part was fresh and delicious. The showers are very slippery .
Did not have breakfast in the restaurant. Disappointed that the available coffee was only regular and there wasn’t decaf or hot chocolate offered complimentary. The cookies were okay but too hard. My room smelled of cigarette smoke and the floor was stained. The shower head was coming apart as was the shower door handle. The shower floor should have a non-slip mat and could have used more towels available for drying ourselves.
The room was nice clean kept exceptionally cold
One of the towels in the bathroom had brown staining on it and there was a lack of microwave in the room
I didn’t attend breakfast, I was unsure if it was free or if I had to pay(?) It would have been nice to be informed.
That I wasn’t informed and that we possibly saw a bed bug.
Everything!
