Nice hotel but not particularly happy with our room
Pros:

It's a nice hotel in a very good location - very walkable to most places in Cusco. Staff were very friendly and accommodating of our early check in after travelling from Lima. The inner courtyard yard was nice too.

Cons:

It might have been my fault but I was disappointed with two single beds. When I made this booking I assumed that the double room would have a large single bed. Our room was also rather dark being located on the ground floor. When I wandered through the hotel, I saw rooms on the upper floors were much nicer.

I stayed for 4 nights and I have no regrets.
Pros:

This hotel feels somewhat like a homestay in a good way. I especially enjoyed the personalised service including finding out what times we wanted breakfast for the next day and having tea/hot water facilities accessible at all times. Housekeeping deserves a mention for keeping the room and bathroom super clean.

Cons:

My only gripe would be the lack of soundproofing, as we can pretty much hear other guests cough/shower/walk in the room. This can't be helped due to the structure of the building.

The best hotel service I’ve ever received.
Pros:

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. First of all, location is incredible. The property is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. What stood out the most though was the incredible service. At checkin, we were served coca tea to help with the altitude. And when my wife woke up feeling incredibly sick at 3:00 AM, i texted the front desk and they coordinated with a doctor to come see her within 15 minutes right to the hotel room. The following day, they continued checking in to make sure she was okay. Incredibly impressed by their genuine care. 10/10 would absolutely return.

Recomendo, preço honesto e ótima localização (importante pela altitude em cusco).
Pros:

Localização perfeita, bem próxima da plaza de armas e numa rua plana. A entrada é por uma ruela ao lado do restaurante Tikasara (para quem tem dificuldade de encontrar a hospedagem, como várias pessoas escreveram aqui antes, não é difícil). O café é bom, mas não tem muita variação (para quem vai ficar vários dias, tudo se repetirá). O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, sempre cordiais e simpáticos. As camas são maravilhosas e o banho também.

Cons:

Achei o quarto duplo que fiquei na primeira passagem por Cusco (quarto 204) um pouco abafado (apesar do frio na cidade) - mas entendo que isso seja bem pessoal. O café poderia variar entre os dias - não é ruim, mas são sempre as mesmas opções. Nada que desabone e hospedagem.

Ótima localização, preço honesto.
Pros:

Localização ótima, perto da plaza de armas e numa rua plana. Café básico, mas que atende bem. O quarto 302, em que fiquei, é espaçoso e tem cama ótima. Banheiro recém reformado. Atendimento simpático e cordial.

Cons:

Fiquei por 2x no hotel. Embora o hotel seja silencioso de maneira geral, há algum ruído de passos em cima e nos corredores (em muito se deve à falta de noção dos visitantes, mas o piso é de madeira o que facilita o ruído). Nada que desabone o hotel, eu ficaria novamente.

Perfect location for exploring Cusco

Parfait pour vister Cuzco et sa région
Pros:

J’ai passé 8 nuis dans cet hotel de Cuzco en mai
L’hotel est à 3 min à pied de la plaza des Armas donc en plein coeur du centre historique
J’avais opté pour une résidence à Cuzco plutôt que de changer d’hotel pour visiter la région, et je ne regrette pas mon choix
L’hotel est petit, à taille humaine, au bout d’une petite impasse tranquille, calme, fonctionnel.
J’ai bien pu profiter de Cuzco (et de tous ses supers restaus) et l’hotel s’est occupé de tous les transferts dont j’avais besoin et les excursions qui me faisaient envie
Le personnel, et notamment Jazmin et Shirley, ont toujours été aux petits soins, et leur amabilité et leurs sourires sont le reflet de l’accueil péruvien. Cet accueil c’est le plus de cet hotel. Muchas gracias Jazmin et Shirley !!

On ne va pas se mentir il fait froid la nuit et le matin à Cuzco, ca manque d’isolation, même si la nuit pas de problème le chauffage dans la chambre marche très bien

Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Op alle plekken waar wij tijdens ons verblijf in Cusco en omgeving hebben overnacht, was dit de minst positieve ervaring. Het ontvangst was best positief, alleen was de ingang wat weggemoffeld in een steegje. Verder viel ons op dat de accomodatie behoorlijk gedateerd was. Het rook en oogde stoffig en oubollig. Ook hebben we een uur moeten wachten in een afgesloten ruimte voordat we onze kamer op konden. De kamer was best ruim qua opzet maar erg koud en ook dit was gedateerd. Wel had de kamer een enorm en fijn bed. Ook positief was ons ontbijt dat we meekregen voor onderweg. Het was zeer eenvoudig maar wel een fijne service. Ook is de lokatie uitstekend. Lekker centraal. Echter gezien onze ervaringen is dit niet een hotel waar we snel terug zouden komen.

Cons:

Een gedateerd, saai hotel met een gelijkwaardige kamer zonder uitzicht en erg koud. De plek is iets lastiger te vinden en is redelijk achteraf op een binnenplaats. Het h

MOAF a good place to stay in Cusco
Pros:

MOAF Hotel is a good place to stay. It’s a bit hidden, but very well decorated, simple, and cozy.

The staff was extremely kind, attentive to all our needs, and always available to help us. The breakfast was generous.

The room was a little cold when we arrived, but everything else was excellent.

The handmade farewell gift at the end truly surprised me and was such a thoughtful touch.
The location is excellent, and I would happily stay at this hotel again if I return to Cusco.
