Central located Hotel
Pros:

Hotel personal was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and with a lot of different food.

Cons:

The pictures seems really different how I saw it. The hotel is much simpler but still has the necessary stuff.

Meraviglioso
Pros:

Ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa fin dal primo momento, tutto lo staff è di una gentilezza straordinaria. Hanno accolto ogni nostra richiesta inclusa quella di lasciare il bagaglio un giorno prima del check-in. Posizione centralissima e vicina al cuore pulsante di Cusco ma comunque ubicato in un cortile interno che garantisce silenzio e tranquillità. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, servizio di pulizia giornaliero. Colazione con prodotti locali e non, freschi e vari. È stato il miglior hotel di tutta la nostra vacanza in Perù diventando il nostro angolo di "casa".

Zentrale Lage. Wir waren allerdings nur eine Nacht dort und kamen sehr spät abends an. Sehr gutes Wifi.

Cons:

Zumindest unser Zimmer sah nicht so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist super hellhörig und wenn sich jemand in der 2. Etage über deinem Zimmer bewegt, hat man das Gefühl die Decke stürzt gleich ein. Für eine Nacht okay aber wir würden es für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht nehmen.

Sorprendente Hotel, da mucho más de lo que uno espera. Gran atención de bienvenida y muy detallistas.
Pros:

Personal que nos atendió en la tarde, muy bien la Dama, muy detallista, con una búsqueda de soportar al viajero. Su ubicación muy buena. Dan opcion de desayuno si uno sale muy temprano.

Pros:

全体として清潔感のあるホテルでした。ロケーションは問題なく、観光地に近く治安も良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。何と言ってもスタッフのホスピタリティが最高でした。そして一番良い部屋を予約できていたので、眺望も最高でした。

Cons:

アメニティがもう少しあればさらに良かったですが、そうでなくても良いとも思いました。

Camera, pulizia, comfort, posizione e staff.
Camere tradizionali ma allo stesso tempo rimodernate e ben tenute. Ne abbiamo cambiate due: la prima top, in cui siamo state 2 notti, al primo piano, più appartata e luminosa, la seconda, in cui siamo state solo 1 notte, era al piano terra e quindi chiaramente con meno privacy, avendo ingresso e finestra sul patio, e con qualche difficoltà di scarico della doccia, ma risolvibile. I letti ENORMI e comodissimi. Posizione appartata e tranquilla, silenziosa ma a 2 minuti da plaza de armas. Staff disponibile e gentilissimo, ci hanno omaggiato di un piccolo pensiero al checkout.

Would thoroughly recommend!
Pros:

Such lovely comfortable rooms, right in the centre, staff are so friendly. When we checked in we were taken to the seating area and given coca tea and filled out the paperwork in comfort. And they kindly looked after our luggage when we travelled to Ollantaytambo for 2 nights. Genuinely one of the most pleasant places I’ve stayed thanks to the staff.

Cons:

Floorboards were a bit noisy. Unfortunately I was woken by guests above us getting ready to leave at 4am.
