Super bem localizado. Acomodação espaçosa e com vista deslumbrante. Café da manhã bom e lanche para levar generoso (em dias que tive que sair muito cedo para passeios, pedi para levar um lanche e eles fizeram um bem completo). O staff sempre muito simpático e compreensivo com minhas dificuldades com a língua. Espaço limpo.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Zentral, mitten in der Innenstadt und dennoch ruhig gelegen (das Hotel - nicht unser Zimmer). Man kann vom Hotel aus prima Cusco zu Fuß erkunden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und Tee und Wasser den ganzen Tag über verfügbar. Auch das Küchenpersonal war sehr freundlich.
Wir hätten das Hotel eigentlich mit einer 10 bewertet. Leider hatten wir Pech und haben das Zimmer 101 unten neben dem Frühstücksraum erhalten. Hier wird ab 6:00 Uhr Frühstück vorbereitet. Da wir 3 Nächte gebucht haben, hatten wir Monate vorher extra ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk angefragt. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, wurde uns nun alternativ nur ein Einzelzimmer ab der zweiten Nacht angeboten. Dies war auch keine Alternative. Dazu kommt, dass das Zimmer 101 nur ein kleines Fenster hat. Es sollte nicht als vollwertiges Doppelzimmer vermietet werden. Schade.

Desayuno fabuloso, huevos a gusto, frutas frescas, frutos secos, cereales, cafe recien preparado y demas. Ubicacion a una cuadra de la plaza, centrico, metido adentro de patio compartido, por lo tanto no habia ruido
Heel aardig personeel, helpen met alles. De was, taxi en wat je je verder nodig hebt. Goed ontbijt, veel vers fruit!

Um atendimento muito cordial e atencioso! Meu marido ficou doente e nos deixaram fazer o check out após o horário limite, além de ajudarem com os remédios. Além disso, nos deixaram ficar num quarto no térreo pois tínhamos malas pesadas. O quarto foi ótimo! Limpo, bonito, tv, aquecimento. Só não tinha frigobar.
O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor.. a impressão que passou é que era um pouco “contado”; mas era tudo muito gostoso e faziam até omelete.
