Wrong room, bad experience and because the booking area the Credit Card that I used could not be used for the Payment
Pros:

Beautiful property, beautiful lobby

Cons:

The Jr suite that I had booked I did not get for some reason. They're with an error so now we got a regular room with a patio entrance. I had asked for a Jr suite because I had a bride and seven bridesmaids that needed to get ready for a wedding. We ended up getting everybody ready in a patio entrance room not Happy.

Great location! Hospitality needs some improvement!
Pros:

The location was great! Close to lots of good restaurants!

Cons:

The room lacked towels and toiletries. Housekeeping didn’t come by once during our two day stay.

Overall a Nice Stay!
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for five nights over a long Memorial Day weekend with a friend. We were assigned room 713.

The entire front desk team was friendly and knowledgeable.

Our room was comfortable and spotless. Bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. Wall unit AC was pretty loud. Shower was great. Tub with shower curtain.

Parking is in a lot surrounding the hotel and in an adjacent parking structure.

We stayed here because the nightly rate was great, but the location is far from lots of the attractions in Los Angeles County and Orange County.

I can recommend this hotel, but not sure I would stay here again due to the location in proximity to the things I like to do when visiting LA.
