Great location! Hospitality needs some improvement!
Pros:

The location was great! Close to lots of good restaurants!

Cons:

The room lacked towels and toiletries. Housekeeping didn’t come by once during our two day stay.

Pros:

Staff very friendly, atmosphere very elegant and comfortable. Pool was clean and spa as well. The beds were so bad my back still aches. If the mattress was better 5 star for sure.

Cons:

I did not like that I had already paid through booking.com for the room and once I got to the property employee stated I had to pay for the room and then swipe my card again for deposit. I've never experienced this ever but I do not appreciate a double charge on my account

They really helped accommodate us when we had a Family emergency, forever grateful. Thank you, The Rivera Family

Cons:

We needed sleep after dealing with a lovedone passing away and we got that much needed rest and sleep at Doubletree.

Ok, but over priced
Pros:

Location and the breakfast was very good, very nice area with free coffee and a microwave.

Cons:

No room cleaning, we stayed on two occasions, first for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned until after 3 nights, the second time we stayed was for 2 nights no cleaning. We booked for 3 people but both times we checked in there was only 2 set of towels so we had to ask for extra. First time we also had to ask for toilet paper.

I like that the staff was available that jacuzzi that was nice cool

Cons:

But I didn't like is that I stood from Thursday to Saturday and not once did housekeeping coming to the room and freshen up my room give me clean towels and all that that was the only problem and then I would get back late to the from the convention and I would call can I get fresh towels or our staff left and I had to take a shower and use a dirty towel to dry myself off so yeah that was the only problem I just feel like for me staying almost 4 days and the housekeeping staff not coming in my room and at least freshening up providing clean towels it was a problem but other than that it was great
