Pros:

We had a wedding in the ballroom for 210 guest on 10/10/26 and Jessica / Jamie were so helpful in setting everything up for us, Rolando helped set-up our hall so magnificently and the head chef Joel went up and above to incorporate some Colombian based hors d'oeuvres it was a smash. We had nothing but compliments on the venue from our guests. We would like to acknowledge the four associates mentioned that their professionalism and knowledge of their craft was greatly appreciated by my wife and I, also including the rest of your staff bartenders servers and cleaning people.

Very outdated hotel (for a Hilton chain hitel). Old used furniture and carpet in the room was probably many years old.

The worst day of my life

We arrived at 9:30 and it took about 30 minutes because it was 10 when the manager showed up to the front desk to check us in we had to go looking for him because he was wandering around the conference halls. They denied me my reservation because I needed to put a deposit down and they wouldn’t allow me to use two cards. They said it had to be one so I had to sleep in my car the night and the security was also very disrespectful and cursing at me once the manager walked away.

Charged an exorbant amount for the room which was pre-paid, then upon check-in charged me a $3.32 fee. FOR WHAT? DISGUSTING!! And your questions are too personal. It's none of your business!

I think something else should have been offered since we couldn’t use a free breakfast.

Good location.

Cons:

Shower was plugged up. Bad timing because we had a breakfast meeting to attend. The manager offered us a free breakfast which we couldn’t use since we had breakfast plans.
