Would highly recommend staying here if you want to be in Gangnam area.
Pros:

Pros:

The location is great!

Cons:

The communication is horrible. Since now more than two weeks I’m am trying to get something as simple as an invoice for my stay. However they keep directing me to booking.com which directs me back to the hotel. The hotel now confirmed they will issue an invoice, however still failed to do so after another week. Highly recommend to avoid this place if you travel for anything but leisure.

A Great Place to Stay!
Pros:

A wonderful hotel located in the Gangnam district south of the Han River. The hotel is modern and stuff are pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast daily at the Grand Kitchen which was excellent. While a bit distant from the cultural sights of Seoul, the hotel is part of a vast shopping mall and there are plenty of shops and restaurants that are available to fill your time. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel environment is lovely and the staff are friendly . A special mention to Concierge Managers Kevin and Sangmin Lee for their exceptional, dedicated service. It was a pleasure to be assisted by such professional and helpful staff.
