I recently stayed one night at the Intercontinental Grand Seoul Parnas Hotel. The hotel is as it says "Grand" and also incorporates a large shopping centre. The room was large and very comfortable and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. One of the best points of the hotel is that it is only a short walk through the shopping mall to the airport bus, very convenient. Would definately stay there again.

Harry, the Frontdesk personnel is polite, professional and speaks good English. He truly shows hotel guests that he cares, and he went the extra mile to ensure we have a pleasant stay and a good celebration. We came to Seoul to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The hotel also thoughtfully arranged a beautiful birthday cake in advance for my husband. Small gesture but warm and kind.
This hotel is indeed one of the best in Seoul. It is directly above the Coex Mall and Parnas Mall, and near the Hyundai departmental store.
It is my second time staying here, and I know I made a right decision to stay here again this round. I’ll be back again and again.

A massive highlight of our stay was the Club Lounge—it is absolutely amazing, with fantastic food, a beautiful ambiance, and impeccable service. It's my second stay here! Everything remains the same, excellent! The location is really convenient as it is linked with 3 malls and you can actually get what you want easily. It is only 5 mins to the MTR station.
The room is cozy with everything you need! Cleanliness is good and all the staffs are friendly with a bright smile whenever you meet them. Although it is located on the main street, we can never hear the noise outside and had a wonderful and comfortable stay here.

I had an excellent stay at the InterContinental Seoul Parnas. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout — from the lobby to the rooms, everything felt spotless and luxurious. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, attentive, and eager to help, which made the experience feel very welcoming and seamless.
