Good stay
Pros:

Very easy check inn although we arrived late but Mr. Saleh wad very cooparative very gentelman help us with quick check inn and park our car

Cons:

Funature bit old.. breakfast only basic things. You have to go down to iron your dress coz not proved in your room

Unfortunately, no longer the hotel we once loved
Pros:

Beautiful location with a lovely river view. The hotel is conveniently located about a seven-minute walk from both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations.

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and whenever possible, it used to be my first choice. We always loved it because of its beautiful location, the easy access from the city centre, the wonderful view over the river, and especially the excellent breakfasts.

Unfortunately, this time I was extremely disappointed, and I will not stay at this hotel again. Sadly, it has changed for the worse.

First of all, the breakfast has become much poorer. It used to be one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We came this time to celebrate our anniversary, and we were really looking forward to having a beautiful breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river, with a glass of sparkling wine and a delicious meal, just as we had enjoyed during our previous stays.

Unfortunately, none of that was there this time. The sparkling wine was no longer offered, the smoked salmon had disappeared, and the breakfast selection was very limited. Even the quality of the juices had become much worse. They used to serve tasty, good-quality juices, but this time they were cheap, diluted packaged juices that were almost impossible to drink.

Overall, the breakfast was no better than what you would expect in an ordinary three-star hotel. It completely spoiled what should have been a special anniversary breakfast and left us very disappointed.

This happened on a Sunday. Had we known in advance that the breakfast would be like this, we would never have chosen this hotel. We would have preferred to have breakfast at a nice café instead. However, since we had already paid for breakfast and the weather was cold, we decided to stay.

Secondly, the bed was very uncomfortable. We booked a large double bed, but it actually consisted of two separate mattresses. There was a gap in the middle, and one of us kept sinking into it during the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The shower cabin was old and leaked badly, so there was always water all over the bathroom floor.

Ausgezeichnete Lager, sehr zentral und doch sehr ruhig, schöne Zimmer
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fluss, eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Die Anlage ist an sich sehr schön und weitläufig und soweit alles gut.
Das Frühstück war für eine so großes Haus auch gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Rundblick, aufgrund der Hitze draußen mussten wir immer die Vorhänge zu haben, damit das Zimmer trotz Klimaanlage halbwegs angenehm temperiert ist. Für die Juni Hitze kann aber das Hotel nichts. Auch nicht dafür, dass wir sonst eher kleine persönliche Häuser bevorzugen. Den Ausschlag für die Buchung gab den Blick auf die Spree.
