Pros:

Die Lage und die Aussicht auf die Spree sind hervorragend.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig sowie komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist mit 25 € pP überteuert, im übrigen aber gut und reichhaltig.
Die abendliche Bedienung in der Hotelbar war teilweise sehr unfreundlich und belehrend.

Beautiful lobby and wonderful area with a few restaurants, cafes, grocery, etc. Easy access to all public transit. The tiergarten being nearby was one of the best parts! The property sits beautifully on the waterfront and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

The WiFi and cell service in the family room was poor on the lower floor because it’s in the basement level of the property. The linens didn’t smell great and the bathroom sink had a strange smell, but that was specific to the room. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were quite thin.
