Cons:

Ich habe 35€ für meinen Hund pro Tsg bezahlt. Es gab keine Hundedecke und keinen Napf. Und wir durften nirgendwo frühstücken mit Hund. Nicht einmal draußen auf der Terrasse oder abseits in der Lobby. Das war das hundeunfreundlichste Hotel in dem wir je waren.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Ruhig und doch zentral. Auch hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Spree. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und wohlschmeckend.

Wir hatten ein Balkonzimmer mit Blick auf die Spree. Sehr geräumig und Ruhig.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Die U-Bahnstation Turmstraße ist schnell erreicht. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ist mit 20€ pro Nacht für eine Großstadt üblich. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Die Badezimmereinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat alles funktioniert, es geht aber besser.

Hotel with bad customer care.
Pros:

It's central in Berlin. Everything can be reached easily. The Spree River is very close and the atmosphere is calm and authentic.

Cons:

We get charged for two more capsules for the room coffee machine. For a high class hotel like these, it's not very friendly and absolutely not necessarily. Taking 2€ for these capsules is ridiculous.

Das Zimmer hatte einen Blick zum Innenhof und in der Nähe eine Lüftung aus der es nach Küche roch - daher musste das Fenster zu bleiben

Eine exzellente Lage, die unmittelbar zur Entspannung beiträgt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Dazu ein sehr guter Service.

Cons:

Ich habe für ein Upgrade geboten, aber leider keine Antwort erhalten, ob es akzeptiert wurde oder nicht. Da lässt sich die Kommunikation verbessern.
