Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. The girls at front desk are wonderful and very helpful and always available. Rooms are great. View was amazing. Housekeeping is there every day if you need it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

The most terrible hotel I would recommend noone!!!
Pros:

I don't recommend this terrible hotel to anyone!!!It was just waste of money! 1-the staff doesn't speak any language except their stupid Georgian!2- the service is very low,air conditioner doesn't work in rooms!!! I was baking there in hot August! Also they've just 30 minutes limit for hot water in a bathroom!!!If you don't finish,after 30 minutes the cold water runs automatically and you must wait another 1 hour to have hot water again!!3- They didn't give me even my DESERVED BRESKFAST WHICH I PAID FOR!!!!Their breakfast ladies just yelled at me and kicked out saying that BREAKFAST IS FINISHED,but it was from 8 to 11(I went at 10.30!!!). I bought breakfast from my pocket 5 days!!! 3- They didnt have terrace,but before they promised me a suit with terrace!!! Also no even a single fork or spoon in the room for guests! How should I eat,with my fingers??? Also receptionists were very rude,not helpful and expecting only tips from you...I don't know who gave them these 4 stars but they don't deserve even 1 star!!! If you want to have good vacation and not yo waste your money,NEVER GO THERE!

It not suitable for people whom like to sleep in calm place.
Pros:

The bed was dirty, many hair on floor, the bathroom there is crack on the tiles.
selling of the toilet dirty, management was don’t want to solve the bathroom water leak
The Hotel far from city center, have to take taxi to the center of the city. Dog barking in close room couldn’t sleep.

Pros:

Das Rezeptionspersonal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, falls erforderlich. Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch nicht sonderlich abwechslungsreich. Die tgl. Reinigung und das dazu gehörige Personal war sehr gut. Das Apartment war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, so dass man sich darin wohlfühlen konnte.
