Excellent experience!
Pros:

Very clean! Comfortable. Very spacious room, fully equipped kitchen. Good free parking . Coffee, tea, water 24/7 in the lobby. Location is perfect, close to everything: 15 min from airport, 15 min from downtown. Few restaurants within walking distance.We had very good experience with Outback Steakhouse next to the hotel. Very nice and friendly staff on the reception . Lisa Palmer and Lane were very sweet and welcoming .We came just for two nights for the wedding and we were really impressed by the cleanness and quality of the hotel. If I go to Tulsa again, I will definitely stay in this hotel. I would give 10 stars if I will be able to.

I had the absolute worst experience with this hotel and wouldn’t recommend someone to book ahead with this company.
Pros:

I didn’t get a chance to see or speak with anyone in person at the property.

Cons:

I was called the morning of my booking and was told they needed to charge my card at that exact moment. I offered to allow them to charge my card and instead of charging me, they told me my room was now cancelled. I was also told I could rebook for a later date since they now sold out of rooms.
