Pros:

Posizione comodissima, vicina alla fermata Namba della metro e a Dotonbori. Offrono servizio di spedizione bagagli e il check-in e check-out sono alle casse automatiche, quindi molto rapidi.

Cons:

Il mobilio sia delle camere che delle sale comuni andrebbe un po’ svecchiato. Il wifi non ha quasi mai funzionato. La colazione andrebbe ampliata nella scelta, specialmente inserendo più varietà nella selezione dei dolci e delle scelte internazionali.

Cons:

部屋が狭く、ロケーションもあまり良くなくて(南海電車なんばには近いけど、メインの駅から遠く)期待外れだった。料金に見合わないと思った。

このホテルに泊まれたお陰さまでとても良い旅になりました
Pros:

JR、私鉄、地下鉄のどの駅にも近く、さらに地下街を使ってホテルに行けるので便利でした。
自動チェックイン機の導入でスムーズな受付が出来た。
部屋のダブルベッドは大きさも十分で快適。
トイレとバスルームが別々にあるのでリッチな気分になれました。
フロントスタッフの対応は良かったです。
部屋のゴミ箱が分別され捨てやすい。
部屋も洗面台もバスルームも綺麗で清潔でした。
時間の都合で朝食が食べられなかったのが残念、美味しそうでした。

Cons:

ライティングなどのスイッチ類の操作が、表示方法も含めてわかりずらく使いにくかった。
冷蔵庫を使う時、木製の扉を開けてから冷蔵庫のドアを開けるのだが、その際にすき間が狭く、木の扉に手を挟んでしまったので、もう少し使いやすく改善できたら良いのにと思いました。

Overall nice but wouldn’t choose again
Pros:

Staff were very helpful when we wanted to upgrade the room (because the standard room was too small for 3 luggages).

Cons:

The location wasn’t that good. A bit far from the metro station exits and the central Namba.
We also stayed at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa in Tokyo and it was rather better both in room condition, amenities, comfortability and the location.

Pros:

great location, staff were so friendly and went the extra mile. fresh water, towels and bedding everyday which was amazing

Cons:

breakfast not a lot of range, and bedsheets weren’t the best, the room is a lot smaller than we thought as most space is the hall.
