Great staff, good hotel but poor wifi
Pros:

The staff are nice and helpful. The room size is ok for 2 people, also quiet and the toilet is separate from the shower. We also sent our luggages to the airport as our flight is at night - leave it before 9am and pick up from Kansai airport from 4pm. Same day delivery service through Airporter, fantastic. It allowed us to go to Takashimaya then the Rinku Shopping Outlet first before the airport.

Cons:

Very poor and unreliable wifi that goes on and off every 2 minutes, better get a local sim or portable wifi. Also, the location is not that close to Namba station esp if you are going to use the airport train or the shinkansen at Shin-Osaka.

Posizione ottima, stanza grande e pulita, servizio deposito bagagli

Cons:

Colazione niente di che. Staff un po' infastidito. Non mi hanno permesso di usare la carrozzina, nonostante un piede gonfissimo e la mia richiesta era di solo 3 ore.

推薦入住，缺點是房間略小（但我覺得日本房間都不大）、窗外偶爾會有救護車跟飆車聲，但不影響我睡眠就是了

離地鐵近、乾淨舒適、浴室大；不得不說很久沒睡到這麼好睡的枕頭跟床了

Pros:

Emplacement parfait au centre d’Osaka. Le petit-déjeuner était juste exceptionnel ! A l’intérieur de la chambre il y a les pyjamas et tout le nécessaire de toilette offert

Cons:

Une chambre triple pour une famille de 5 c était limite je visualisais les lits plus grands
