Pros:

Schöne Zimmer. Preis-Leistung für Frankfurt sehr git.
Es gibt 2 Gemeinschaftsküchen mit Kühlschrank und vollwertig eingerichteter Küche, wasserspender und Nestcafe Maschine. Diese Küchen sind sehr sauber.
Schöne Terrasse gleich an der Küche.
Dafür kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
Für ein paar Nächte wirklich schönes Hotel.

A wonderful oasis
Pros:

Perfekter Aufenthalt für einen Kurzurlaub in Frankfurt.

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Abendessen war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert.

Sensationell toll, jederzeit wieder

Das Hotel hat mich schlichtweg begeistert. Ich habe vorher keine Idee gehabt, wie es komplett vegan sein könnte und meine Vorstellungen wurden sehr korrigiert - nach oben. Ich habe mich auf das 10 Gänge Menü eingelassen und habe einen unvergesslichen Abend erlebt voller Geschmackserlebnisse und bin einfach nur begeistert, und das als Nicht-Vegetarierin. Das Frühstück ist sensationell, seitdem gibt es zu Hause nur noch overnight oats mit pflanzlicher Milch. Das Personal war fantastisch, freundlich, ich fühlte mich umhätschelt und umsorgt wie lange nicht. Daher eine volle 10 für Euch alle!!!

Cons:

Mir hat alles gefallen, es war nur sehr schwer die Lichtschaltung zu kapieren. Eine Anleitung dafür wäre gut in jedem Zimmer. Ich bin nur drauf gekommen, weil ich in den Kommentaren gelesen hatte, dass man noch Schalter am Waschbecken bedienen muss. Wie genau habe ich nur zufällig durch langes Ausprobieren hinbekommen, das war schade. Und die Dachterrasse war abends für eine Privatfeier geschlossen, das war schade.

Stylisches Hotel und Zimmer. Super ist, dass man sein eigenes Frühstück zubereiten kann.

Cons:

Das Personal hat uns nicht darauf aufmerksam dass die Bar aufgrund einer privaten Feier geschlossen ist, obwohl wir gefragt hatten, ob sie abends geöffnet ist. Zudem war nirgends ersichtlich, das das Frühstück rein vegan ist.

War ein toller Aufenthalt. Man kann mit der Straßenbahn Nr. 11 direkt ins Zentrum fahren.
Pros:

Personal sehr kompetent und nett.
Tolle Küche zum Mitbenutzen
Kaffee kostenlos.
Die Bar und die Coktails sind sehr lecker.
Das Gebäude ist sehr schön. DIe Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Keine Straße unterhalb der Zimmern.
