Nothing . It is not a 5* hotel.
There is no lounge to relax & have coffee. The bar did not open until 5pm. The fixtures & fittings in the room were shocking-cheap white Formica. The snacks were left on a plate - dreadful presentation . One mars bar -£5, one bag of haribo & one bag of Maltesers . The bedding was ruched & rough . The main stairs were covered in artificial grass as was the tiny lift . The spa was not open and the hotel is run on a shoestring .
The staff were very helpful, Lilly is possibility the loveliest person I have ever met.
The hotel is well located, and the pool and spa are a great addition. The breakfast was great too.
We were greeted by your front desk manager concierge Marie. She was very kind and helpful especially since she spoke to us in English.
Our room was immaculate and large. Very welcoming comfortable and elegant. Breakfast was not included but reasonably priced and delicious.
