OK hotel for one person traveling with very little luggage who speaks Japanese.
Pros:

Positive: Great location for walking to different areas. Staff was friendly, but spoke very little English and were short handed except for mornings.

Cons:

Rooms were too small for tourists with luggage. No place for luggage or place to hang clothes. Only 2 options for breakfast: Chicken or salmon bento box. Price was higher than nicer hotels with a view from the room. I changed reservations from Mitsui Garden Hotel to Tsuki Hotel at the last minute..mistake. My wife had to crawl over me if she needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Only hotel we stayed in that had no English speaking channels. All others had HLN news in English. No lobby to relax in.

Great location, nice staff, poor cleaning but overall it’s 6-7/10.
Pros:

The location is perfect, the staff was very nice and helped with places for lunch/dinner.

Cons:

1. In our room there was black mold in the bath
2. There was a dirty stain on the curtain
3. Obviously the sofa need to be dry cleaned
4. Overall it could be cleaner in the room for that price

great comfort in a quiet area but close enough to the best of Tokyo!
Pros:

TSUKI Tokyo is great. We had a big room with the onset bath which is worth doing as you get a bigger room on the whole with it and other rooms were reported as small. Staff are great and thankfully spoke great English - lovely boutique hotel with comfy bedroom to relax in after sightseeing all day. Have 3 metro stops in walking distance and is nice to be in the quiet part away from the Tokyo loudness and lights.

Cons:

The breakfast bento box wasn't to our liking (grilled salmon and squid) but that's as we aren't Japanese - they had a few bakery items but could have had a bit more options for those who can't have the local breakfast

檜風呂が最高でした
Pros:

お風呂が広くて最高でした！朝食のお弁当はつけなかったのですが、フリーの塩パンとコーンスープがとっても美味しくておかわりしちゃいました！

Cons:

強いて言えば、エレベーターが1つしかなく、ボタンを押してから来るまで少し時間がかかったのが気になりました。
