The staff were friendly.
The bathroom had mould and was generally not well cleaned. We raised the issue with the staff and they tried to clean it but the mould remained. The hotel has not been well maintained. Our room rate was AU$750 per night and we expected a clean room. The toilet drain had a foul odour. This may be a Tokyo problem? But the hotel maybe could do something to address the issue? The breakfast offering is just a Bento box slightly bigger than an airline meal, and it was heated up in a microwave. Very disappointing. Poor quality percolator coffee and pastries. We have stayed at 6 hotels during our travel through Japan and this was our worst hotel experience. I would not recommend this hotel. There is also noisy building and construction works being carried out across the street, whilst out of their control, it would have been good to know this when booking.
Clean, comfortable and central. The amenities provided were lovely and the bathroom and bath were spacious. Good tv with Netflix too. The free welcome tea and coffee/bread/yoghurt in the morning was a great touch. Reception staff were wonderful and helpful.
My only gripe was that my window opened into the side of a another property so there was so view or natural light.
Excellent location. Rooms are small (which is usual for Japan hotels) but clean, convenient and equipped with all required facilities. Friendly atmosphere. There was a free coffee and tasty croissants in the morning which was nice. We liked it a lot.
It was not important to us at all but to whom it matters - the windows could be into small inside technical space.
Amazingly peaceful, could not be closer to the metro and other hot spots . Spa facilities perfect
Nothing!
The staff welcomed us at check-in, and were very helpful during the entire stay, including the check-out.
The Sake lounge experience of Sake tasting was nice.
The location and its proximity to good restaurants and Ginza shopping area is excellent.
The room was too small for tourists who have a lot of stuff while in Tokyo. The breakfast room which was the lobby entrance hall was too small (to sit maximum 8 people in bar stools). However, you had a chance of taking things to your room, which was again inconvenient because the rooms were small.
Nothing
Everything
Tsuki Hotel in Ginza was clean, quiet, and perfect for exploring the city since the closest metro line was the most well-connected and often didn't require transfers. The hinoki tub was clutch for easing our jet-lagged bodies after long days of walking. The rooms have really nice touches like recess lighting, soft features, etc. Overall felt like this was a splurge but totally worth it on our first trip to Tokyo, and really really loved Ginza overall!
Bra läge nära Ginsa. Många bra restauranger i området.
Dyrt, trångt i rummet, dålig frukost. Samma bentolåda i 6 dagar. Saknas en varierad frukost. Pappmuggar och plastbestick.
Staff and especially front desk were very friendly and accommodating, many thanks!
