Love the courtyard, the pool/firepits, and the food was great too!
All of the accessible rooms are furthest from the elevator which makes no sense to me.
no one there to start the fire pit and it was our anniversary. The woman at the desk was rude.
property was perfect
Kleiner Balkon
Sehr gutes amerikanisches Frühstück
Restaurants fast fussläufig
Lautsprecher in Lobby knarzen leider. Einziger Schönheitsfehler.
I recently stayed at Forest Villas Hotel in Prescott for a three-night birthday getaway (08/01-08/03/2026). Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning, but there were enough maintenance and housekeeping issues that I couldn't give it five stars.
The highlights of this hotel are outstanding. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a warm, cozy atmosphere. The views from my balcony overlooking the Bradshaw Mountains were relaxing, and the outdoor courtyards, pool, wine bar, and lounge areas made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Prescott. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious with a nice variety of choices, and the staff I interacted with were friendly.
The bed was very comfortable, the furniture was perfectly adequate, and the peaceful setting made for a relaxing stay. Each day after exploring Prescott, I looked forward to returning to the hotel each evening and relaxing amongst the inside and outside outstanding grounds and great ambience.
There were, however, a few disappointments. The refrigerator in my room wasn't cooling properly. Since I brought pre-made frozen meals for my dog, the freezer wasn't keeping them frozen and the refrigerator section never seemed to reach a proper temperature, even after adjusting the controls. The lower door shelf on the refrigerator was also missing, making it impossible to store drinks or other items there.
The room itself showed some wear. One of the patio chairs had a ripped seat, and the carpeting could use a deep cleaning or replacement. Before my arrival, I had requested that a microwave be placed in my room, but it was never delivered. Housekeeping also missed servicing my room on the second day, so I had to track someone down to exchange towels and freshen the room.
Despite the issues I experienced, Forest Villas Hotel has a welcoming charm that makes it stand out. If management addresses some of the maintenance and housekeeping inconsistencies, this would easily be a five-star experience. As it stands, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Prescott.
The views from the room
This facility is very outdated and in need of a complete remodel
Absolutely Excellent!! All the way. Clean, fun and beautiful property. Nice people at the front desk. Lovely and fun guests as well. I spent time at the pool mingling with guests. So fun and friendly. Swam in the pool for quite a while. Before returning to my room. Enjoyed the balcony views before heading to a cozy Coooozy bed. Got up just In time before breakfast closed. I was initially thinking I bet there’s nothing left. But the food corner was still fully stocked. Families still getting bteakfast for their kids. Making waffles and piles of eggs and sausages and where still available. A sweet gentleman host to greet us “good morning” and checking in on all the hot And cold breakfast dishes. All while being serenaded by a young gentleman playing live piano for us. I’ve never had a piano breakfast! I chose to take my breakfast out the front door and eat on the beautiful garden out front. Surrounded by live grape vines and listening to the water of the fountain. Went back for seconds and again was cheerfully welcomed my the pianist. After breakfast I went to my room to tidy up and head to my job where I’m working as a set designer for Escape rooms in the PV Mall just a minute away. Check out was fast. And friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on my work-cation!
Perfect no notes
Nice and tucked away with lots of open space and views. Older but very clean and comfortable.
No complaints
Absolutamente todo
Breakfast was great and location was excellent.
Everything met our expectations. We like the staff and the property.
Breakfast is good, location is very nice, overlooking the mountains
The pillows in room way too soft, not supportive or comfortable
Front desk people and every employee we saw were friendly and helpful!
The rain was so nice, but put a damper on our swimming, would have been nice to have an indoor pool!
Staff and overall experience is always amazing
This was my third visit and certainly not the last. Many visitors I met there were also repeat visitors.
I have and will continue to recommend the facility to others.
We are in an age where customer service is in the past, so I it unexpected and a relief to find a place where the customer is treated with respect and a friendly smile.
Thank you and keep up the good work
Very well done. Facilities are super not your typical chain operations Unique settings
Very hilly neighborhood. Tough to walk in.
Super clean , friendly !
Everything was great.
The property is beautifully landscaped and the lobby looks like a high end resort, complete with grand piano. There is a nice fire pit, pool and jacuzzi. The beds are very comfortable (not too soft) and the balconies have a nice view.
The breakfast is not very good, similar to what you’d find at a quality inn motel. Eggs that don’t taste real, the standard potato cubes, unappealing sausage, muffins and a waffle machine. Also disappointed that there is no gym, and the accessibility chair for my disabled mom to use the pool was not working. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was surly and unfriendly, but the other staff are nice.
