Must experience
Pros:

Staff and overall experience is always amazing
This was my third visit and certainly not the last. Many visitors I met there were also repeat visitors.
I have and will continue to recommend the facility to others.

We are in an age where customer service is in the past, so I it unexpected and a relief to find a place where the customer is treated with respect and a friendly smile.

We love the beautiful setting and comfortable beds, for a great value
Pros:

The property is beautifully landscaped and the lobby looks like a high end resort, complete with grand piano. There is a nice fire pit, pool and jacuzzi. The beds are very comfortable (not too soft) and the balconies have a nice view.

Cons:

The breakfast is not very good, similar to what you’d find at a quality inn motel. Eggs that don’t taste real, the standard potato cubes, unappealing sausage, muffins and a waffle machine. Also disappointed that there is no gym, and the accessibility chair for my disabled mom to use the pool was not working. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was surly and unfriendly, but the other staff are nice.

Great hidden mini inclusive treasure.
Pros:

We originally booked 2 nights but, because of the amazing customer service by Miss Pamela, and the rest of the front desk, kitchen and house keeping crew, we added one more night to our little vacation.
The view from our room was a plus, we enjoyed the sunrise and had a beautiful undisturbed view through the night.
The mini piano concerts, the peaceful atmosphere, the fire pits at night, the romantic garden made our stay extra special. We enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you very much. I will be back soon.

Great price, enjoyed pool.
Pros:

Pool was nice. Staff could have been more friendly but one tall guy that worked nonstop was so over the top nice so he made up for the front desk people. Great location. Pool was super peaceful and quiet.

Cons:

Super outdated furnishings, breakfast was sub par, waffle iron out of commission, juice station out of order, no cereal, kitchen staff not helpful

Pros:

Other properties might offer the same amenities, but Forest Villas excels at offering upscale ambiance. A grand room for breakfast, a glass of wine, a chat by the fireplace or a palm-sheltered spot to curl up with a book. A pool area sheltered by tall hedges, with areas of sun and shade for lounging. Gardens with space for picnics. Great views, peace and quiet, yet moments away from shopping and the historic Whiskey Row.
