The bed was comfortable and the shower was modern and enjoyable. Nice hot water, also, the balcony was a nice amenity
The hotel is very dated, the staff was a bit complacent and the room smelled like an old folks home. I had to leave the windows and doors open to let the smell out so I could sleep
It is a clean very relaxing place to stay. Staff is very friendly. Specially Bob has been very helpfull on the reservation and other help. It has a nice outdoor pool and a jacuzi. Safe parking is available for your car.
The staff was very kind. It's a short way from Sedona. Breakfast in the morning is great.
The plugs in my room didn't work very well.
The hotel itself was gorgeous, the jacuzzi room was fantastic and really clean, and the pool was amazing. They even had breakfast included that was really good! .
Only thing I didn't absolutely love was the bed, it was a bit hard for my personal preference
We stayed for a few days in May. The location was convenient, close to downtown and several dining options. Overall, the hotel was nice, and we especially enjoyed the large sitting area on the first floor. The room was adequate, but the bed was uncomfortable, and housekeeping did not clean the room or make the bed during our stay. We finally requested service on the third day because we needed fresh towels. The hotel was quiet overall, aside from the occasional dogs barking in the lobby. When we asked for service, the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good, and the staff in the breakfast room were outstanding. However, the lobby sitting area had clearly not been vacuumed for some time, and visible dirt and debris remained there all week. The outdoor area near the fire pits was also very dirty. In addition, the outdoor fountain was not working as shown in the photos, which was disappointing because I had hoped it would be a nice spot for pictures.
Room was adequate, beautiful lobby, breakfast was very good.
Elevator not working, which I had to carry all my heavy luggage on the second floor.
Location was great, nice large rooms
Carpets were dirty
Elegant
Room had not been thoroughly cleaned stuff left in there
Good location.
Pet friendly but damaged furniture and carpet rooms. $50 non-refundable pet fee!
Great lobby
Everything was great except the chairs in our room. Seating was not comfortable at all
Chairs in the room
It was a great location
The staff was rude, asked for a king room, the gave me 2 queen, asked for early check in, 1:30 to 2:00. They kept checking in people and just let me sit there. They could have done better and getting me a room.
The pool and breakfast were great
Room wasn't ready when we got there at check-in time. The staff tried to be nice about it but were not professional in their telling about it.
Great place
It was very exciting visiting Prescott for the first time and rolling up to the Forrest Villas Hotel. The hotel has an excellent location and attractive Mediterranean architecture. The staff was very professional and friendly. We were assigned a 2FL room facing east, and looking down on the valley. The sunrises were gorgeous. I couldn’t have picked a better room. The pool, jacuzzi and fountains added to the experience. The breakfasts were perfect. The bathrooms are set back from the bedroom area which is how hotels should be. The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I are pleased with the choice of the hotel, it’s much better than the rectangular box hotels next to a car wash. :)
We plan on visiting again.
I've stayed at Forest Villa's before and loved the room. I like the easy access from the main road and the complimentary breakfast is always a hit.
