El desayuno lo mismo diario,la alberca estaba helada y sucia , cuando se anuncia que es una alberca con temperatura , la vdd muy mala las cosas que ofrecen y no son

Ni tienen frazadas extras cuando ofrecen habitaciones con sofá cama , como alguien va a dormir con el puro colchón sin sábanas
El check in fue rapido
El desayuno muy mal, baje a las 8 am y ya no habia pan, ni platos grandes, claramente no habia suficiente personal para la cantidad de huespedes, el area de desayuno muy pequena, estaba muy lleno. Duraron hora y 20 min en la noche para un room service, llego frio, la torilla de la sopa era un masacote, muy mala experiencia, el Sr que atiende en el bar muy amable, el no camina, corre, es impresionante, muy buena actitud, pero el sr esta solo para atender abajo en el bar y tambien hace Room Service, eso esta muy mal, les falta personal.
I vacated the property over two weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have only received generic responses stating that my case is “under review,” with no clear explanation, timeline, or resolution.
In addition, I have sent multiple emails directly to the hotel regarding my refund and have not received a single response. The complete lack of communication from the hotel, combined with the repeated delays from customer support, has been extremely frustrating.
This level of service is unacceptable. A refund should not take this long, especially without any meaningful communication or updates. The repeated delays and lack of accountability have caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I expect my refund to be processed immediately. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and pursue all available remedies. I hope this matter is resolved promptly so that no other customer has to experience the same poor level of service.
