You will not disappoint
Pros:

The hotel is situated walking distance to both the Odori Park station and Susukino Station. The room is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. It provides many amenities that can be picked up from the hotel lobby. The seafood breakfast buffet was one of the reasons I chose this hote and it did not disappoint. Love the sashimi selections and the crab legs are good, too.

Cons:

For the table inside the room, there's no light fixture above it. So when eating snacks at the table, it's very dim.
