Tranquilo e muita simpatia do staff.
Pros:

O pequeno-almoço e o jantar no hotel foram excelentes e dar uma mensagem de gratidão a todo o staff que foi muito prestável, simpático e muito atencioso. Levamos o nosso bebé e toda a gente foi muito atenciosa e simpática connosco.
Tivemos uma pequena situação no nosso primeiro quarto e o hotel nao hesitou em resolver a situação e trocar-nos de quarto.

Para além das expectativas!
Pros:

O pequeno almoço era fresco e variado, em buffet. A meia pensão era excelente, com o jantar a consistir na escolha de uma entrada, um prato principal e uma sobremesa da carta normal; bebidas à parte, o que fez todo o sentido. O acesso às piscinas interior e exterior, circuito spa e ginásio estavam incluídos também. Os espaços verdes e o bar complementam a estadia na perfeição. Limpeza impecável e simpatia do staff acima da média.

Cons:

A televisão do quarto não era "smart", mas um pormenor insignificante dado que o objetivo era relaxar e passear pela cidade.

El edificio historico es precioso. Su patio interior es muy agradable y la ubicacion perfecta pars recorrer el casco historico.

Cons:

El espacio para tumbarse en la piscina es muy pequeño. Deberian eliminar la moqueta de las habitaciones

Good possibility but needs an easy update
Pros:

We liked the spacious room , the pool and the breakfast was good and the spa ok

Cons:

Initially the mannequins dressed up around the hotel were awful as were the plastic flowers in pots and the large photos of something happening in Covid with everyone in masks.also for a family friendly hotel the graphic artwork in the big hall was disturbing as was the photos and paraphernalia of the Christ on the cross icons. If you removed all of that you would have a chic clean lined appealing space.

Fiquei encantada com o Vila Gale Collection Elvas.
Pros:

Achei o hotel lindo. Inicialmente era um convento, depois foi usado para fins militares. É muito bonito, espaçoso e confortável. Staff excelente. Limpeza impecável. Muito bom café da manhã. Quarto de bom tamanho, cama bem grande. Observem as colunas do que seria o claustro.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. A única coisa que poderia melhorar, seria colocar máquinas para o café da manhã. Essas máquinas que já trazem várias opções, café com leite, chocolate, etc. Mas o café da manhã é muito bom e é só pedir que eles trazem um expresso.

Hotel, espaço amplo, limpo e tranquilo! Pequeno almoço muito variedade e com muita qualidade! Quarto espaçoso. Simpatia e cordialidade dos empregados e a atenção de questionarmos onde poderíamos comprar pão alentejano para trazer para casa e o Sr. Guilherme da recepção verificar com a cozinha a disponibilidade de pão fresco e cozerem estando pronto em 30 min! que cheirinho na viagem! História e património arquitetónico pelas paredes do hotel. História local por todo o hotel!
