dobra lokalizacja, ale standard zdecydowanie poniżej oczekiwań
Pros:

Na plus przede wszystkim bardzo dobra lokalizacja – blisko pięknej plaży, a przystanek autobusowy znajduje się praktycznie pod hotelem. Apartament był duży, a basen czysty.

Niestety na tym kończą się najważniejsze zalety.

Cons:

Zakwaterowanie otrzymaliśmy w budynku obok, a nie w głównym budynku hotelu. Przez cały tydzień ani razu nie pojawiła się osoba sprzątająca. O papier toaletowy musieliśmy sami prosić w recepcji.

Wyposażenie apartamentu jest stare, mocno zużyte i miejscami po prostu brudne. Szafki kuchenne były uszkodzone i zniszczone. Dużym problemem był również brak oświetlenia na klatce schodowej – po zmroku schody trzeba było pokonywać praktycznie w ciemności.

Największe rozczarowanie stanowiły jednak śniadania. Przez cały pobyt były bardzo monotonne, a wybór wyjątkowo mały. Jeżdżę do Słonecznego Brzegu od kilku lat i w obiektach w podobnej cenie nie spotkałam się dotąd z tak słabymi śniadaniami. Kolacje były trochę lepsze, ale również tutaj nie należy oczekiwać typowych bułgarskich dań, dużego wyboru owoców czy owoców morza.

Właścicielka jest bardzo kontaktowa i sympatyczna, stara się nawiązywać z gośćmi bliską relację. Mam jednak wrażenie, że ocena obiektu w okolicach 8/10 jest zdecydowanie zawyżona w stosunku do rzeczywistego standardu. Być może część osób, ze względu na tę bardzo bezpośrednią atmosferę, nie czuła się komfortowo, żeby później otwarcie opisać wszystkie niedociągnięcia – jest to oczywiście tylko moje osobiste przypuszczenie.

Podsumowując: lokalizacja i basen są na plus, ale czystość, brak sprzątania, stan wyposażenia, oświetlenie oraz bardzo słabe śniadania znacząco obniżają ocenę. Dla mnie zdecydowanie nie jest to obiekt na 8/10.

Невероятен хотел! Съотношение цена- качесто е несравнимо! Топло посрещане и вкусна храна! Изключително чисти и поддържани стаи, басейнът също беше с искрящо чиста вода. Леглата бяха удобни.
Ставам рано и всяка сутрин виждах как служители чистеха и поддържаха хотела, впечатлена съм!

Pros:

It's a very nice place to spend time with kids. While we sit and enjoy the pool bar, we were very close enough to look after them. They have very good food options at the pool bar with reasonable prices. Pool bar staff is super kind and very helpful. Both the lady and Islam always ready to help. Good choice of staff. The beds are comfortable. It's not luxury hotel. But it offers more than what you pay for. I recommend this place. We stayed 2 nights but we decided next season to comeback for 2 weeks.

Cons:

Everything was amazing but of course there are things to work on. I have a list below.

Fresh tomatoes on breakfast would be really good.

The juice dispensers for breakfast is completely useless. The taste of them is seriously bad. Try sipping orange one and you will know why.

It would be better that pool is open till 8pm rather 7pm.

Изключително некоректен хотел. След резервацията многократно отхвърлиха редовна карта за плащане. При телефонен разговор отказаха друг начин на плащане и не пожелаха да потвърдят резервацията, като даваха неясни обяснения..

Pros:

Such a nice place run by a lady who gives off total 'Mamma Mia' Meryl Streep vibes! Very friendly and caring. You can tell just by looking at the common areas that this place is cared for with love. Rooms were quite spacious, bathroom as well, there was a drying rack on the balcony for your towels and swim wear which was great. Rooms are simple but clean and you get all you need. Also the pool was nice, including a small one for kids. There are reasonable prices at the pool bar to buy drinks. It is not far from a lovely beach, also there is a shop right next to it. Food was tasty.

Cons:

We were missing some vegetables or fruits at the breakfast table, but given the price it is understandable there cannot be everything.
