L’accueil extra et la gentillesse du personnel

La taille des chambres et surtout le manque de ventilation dans la salle de bain.
De plus on met de l’eau partout quand on prend une douche. Il serait utile de refaire les joints qui ont bien vécu)

Hôtel très propre, bonne literie, personnel sympathique et accueillant. Proche du centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied.
Salle de bain un peu petite.
Pas de parking, obligé de trouver une place dans la rue ce qui des fois était difficile. Mais dans l'ensemble, hôtel que nous recommandons.

La stanza era molto carina e ben organizzata.
La colazione varia e buona.
Il bagno era senza finestra e le lenzuola avevano un tessuto che a me purtroppo non piaceva.

Colazione di bassa qualità sia dolce che salata. Pulizia da migliorare. Bagno in pessime condizioni (doccia con muffa e perdeva acqua) e si allargava ogni volta che si faceva la doccia. Terrazzo minuscolo con uno stendino mini attaccato al muro giusto per un costume. Aria condizionata maleodorante.

I really enjoyed the receptionists’ welcome and the Mediterranean shabby style chosen for the interiors.
I found a certain lack of attention to detail in several aspects. For example, the absence of a shower enclosure closure causes the bathroom to flood daily. The choice of soap and shampoo dispensers could also be revised, as could some aspects of the breakfast room.
In particular, I didn't appreciate the presence of an unlit and rather poorly covered refrigerated counter, the poor care taken in cleaning cups and cups, the choice to serve an invert sugar product instead of honey, and the lack of attention to cleaning the tabletop.
I also found the request for guests to clear and place dishes and trays on a trolley questionable. Given the small number of guests present during breakfast, it didn't seem like a solution that would bring any real benefit to the staff. The situation is different for the pool area service, which, being under concession, can reasonably provide for greater customer collaboration.
Overall, these are easily solvable details that do not require large investments, but only greater attention. Precisely for this reason, I believe that by addressing these aspects, the facility can significantly improve the guest experience and obtain even more positive ratings.
