Castlecourt Hotel

Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Great location, plenty of free parking and good breakfast.
Top marks for gluten free toast station ! Staff really helpful and pleasant.

My partner and I had an amazing trip at the Castlecourt! The staff gave us an upgrade to a larger suite and chocolates in the room as it was our anniversary. The food at Porto’s restaurant was delicious. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from all the pubs. We also did the spa taster massages and had a very relaxing time. They spa team allowed us to use the thermal suites the following day as we arrived too late in the day to go before our appointment. Staff service went above and beyond! Ava in Spa Sula was extremely helpful when I lost my swimsuit in the spa robe by accident. Our server Adrian in Porto’s was very attentive.

Great location in Westport and off street parking on the grounds. Beautiful rooms and great breakfast. Great facilities and good bar for nightcap.

I was in westport on a business trip. Stayed in a wonderful hotel called the plaza. The pool was amazing I was nice & delaxed after the sauna.. big shout out to the lovely girl Martha who had a great choice of music & wonderful smile

Stayed for 3 nights last week and can only praise everyone involved at castlecourt ! All staff members were friendly, helpful and efficient in every area from bar to reception to breakfast room to housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a junior suite and it was fabulous! Very clean and really comfortable bed. Tea/coffee facilities were great and 2 tvs in the room. Also complimentary wine each day which was a nice touch.

Food was delicious each day and very reasonably priced in Mays bistro (we ate in the bar mostly). Great selection at breakfast also.

The only complaint was it never stopped raining 🌧!! But couldn't have been in nicer surroundings to stay dry and cosy.

Would highly recommend the castlecourt.

We recently held both our wedding ceremony and reception at the Castlecourt Hotel, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, Vinny, Jamie and all the team were fantastic. They were always easy to contact, quick to respond to any questions, and provided us with excellent recommendations that made the wedding planning process much easier and less stressful.
In the lead-up to the wedding, everything ran smoothly, and we had no issues at all. On the day itself, the team went above and beyond, even arranging some lovely surprises for us that made our special day even more memorable.
The hotel and all of the staff were incredibly accommodating to both us and our guests. Throughout the day, so many of our family and friends commented on how amazing the venue was and how friendly, professional, and attentive the staff were.
We are so grateful to everyone at the Castlecourt Hotel for helping to make our wedding day perfect. We would highly recommend the Castlecourt Hotel to anyone considering it for their wedding ceremony and reception.

Got a great deal for b&b, breakfast was lovely nothing was an issue.
Pool was little busy but that's expected but it was lovely.

We were in room 131.
We thought tge windows were dirty, on further inspection it was mold spores on the outside of the window and all around the window frames. This needs urgent attention
Everything else in the hotel was wonderful
