Castlecourt Hotel

A very nice hotel the room was lovely. The lady on Reception checking us in was not very friendly and told us bar food finished at 7.45 but food was still being served at 9. We were sent from bar to Bistro where we were told they were fully booked but managed to fit us in as was told to several other guests even though they were lots of empty tables and the staff in the Bistro were not friendly. The food was average. The bar staff were good as was the entertainment. Breakfast was excellent. Not sure if I would stay again.

Staff are all really friendly and bubbly. Especially Vessella. Will be back

We had a wonderful stay at the Castlecourt Westport! The location is perfect close to local attractions and amenities, the food is delicious with plenty of options to chose from at the different on site restaurants, the facilities at the hotel are great, we booked several treatments at the spa which were amazing, the staff there are so helpful and talented. Special thank to Veronica who made our stay that little more special, Veronica went out of her way to meet our needs, we’re super grateful! Looking forward to returning 💚❤️

Arrived early, parked the car and went to reception.
Filled out all the necessary and went uptown for lunch in an file.
Reception called us at 2.30 and said our room was ready.
So we checked in, and we had been upgraded to a suite as I mentioned when booking the room 6 months ago about our anniversary.
The suite was massive, really beautiful.
It really was a lovely gesture by the hotel and much appreciated.
We had dinner in Coveys, it was amazing, the pork belly was crispy and soft, but the real highlight for me was the rhubarb ice cream on the dessert.
Breakfast was excellent, but busy.
Thanks for a lovely experience 😊
We will never forget the treatment and service, and will always be mentioned in our wedding anniversary story

Unbeatable central location, just park up in the hotel carpark and browse the town or head out to explore further afield.

Das Hotel ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Es gibt einen Innenhof mit Tischen und Stühlen. Das Ambiente ist gepflegt. Auch Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Betten bequem. Es eignet sich gut für ältere Gäste. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Die Restaurantküche war sehr gut.

It was centrally located, within walking distance of the town centre. Room was lovely and the food in the gastro pub was excellent. We chose to eat here as the restaurant seemed very noisy in the evening. Breakfast selection was really good.
