The chair in my room broke due to it not being assembled correctly. They offered to have me checked out at a local hospital and said and since I had been upgraded to a different room prior to my fall, they said I should be "happy" with that. Tuesday on our last day they had a guy with a jack hammer breaking the floors of the first floor since 9/10am. A very bad and unprofessional non customer service oriented stay. 1/10 will never book here again.

El trato de todo el personal, desde el área de recepción, el de caseta de seguridad, mesero del restaurante que llevo los alimentos a la habitación y los de limpieza
Lo único que si pediría que cuidaran son sus almohadas que son muy altas de modo que lastiman el cuello al dormir, tuve que hacerlo sin almohada porque me fue imposible, también son un poco duras

No me gustó que habiendo habitaciones libres me dieran la más alejada de todo, la piscina no estaba tan limpia, la televisión de la habitación no funcionaba bien y la señal wifi no era estable ( iba y venía) la tarjeta que se utiliza de llave nunca funcionó correctamente, esto si representó un problema.

La habitación que nos tocó estaba excelente, aunque habíamos reservado una de dos camas nos cambiaron a otra que era de una cama pero con sillón, una mini cocina, refrigerador, microondas y hasta un pequeño balcón, al final fue mejor de lo que pensé.
En el baño, en la tina para bañar, se estancaba el agua, no bajaba lo cual hacía un charco gigante, talvez si pudieran mejorar eso
