Breakfast was good and the room size was comfortable….liked that they have plenty of electric outlets for charging phone , CPAP machine,etc.

Cons:

The location was a little too far “uphill” from the train station especially when you are carrying shopping bags…about a 5-10 min walk. (Didn’t help that it rained one day so you have to carry your umbrella plus shopping bags)
Also, there wasn’t a place where guests can just lounge, talk stories, eat/ drink without having to eat at a restaurant.

Beautiful, gorgeous hotel with included breakfast and beautiful Japanese garden.
Pros:

Gorgeous, very large hotel. Loved that breakfast was included. Beautiful gardens. Loved all the amenities onsite such as several restaurants, bar and even a 7-11. The Japanese garden was incredible especially at night.

Cons:

Beds were a bit too firm.

Amazing hotel, access to location could be better
Pros:

Very attentive staff, beautiful hotel and garden setting, convenience store located in hotel

Cons:

Access to the hotel is quite tedious, either a long walk through the garden or up a lot of stairs. Is tiring with suitcases or after a long day of walking. Also a significant walk uphill from shinagawa station

Pros:

庭が素晴らしいと思います　管理にそのご苦労を感じました😊ゆっくりゆったりさせて頂きました
緑の中でほっとさせて頂きました

Cons:

品川からタクシー🚕を予定してましたが、工事で結局、ホテル迄歩きました
しかし、ホテル前にはいつもタクシー🚕が待機しており、私達老人には救いでした

Pros:

Struttura 5 stelle ma molto datata - probabilmente ottenute 30 anni fa!!. Buoni i servizi ma camere molto vecchie.. necessita assolutamente di un rinnovo per poter meritare questo punteggio.
Belli i giardini dell’hotel.
Attenzione: si trova sopra una piccola collina pertanto raggiungere l’hotel dalla stazione (seppur vicina) è molto scomodo.. sopratutto con le valigie (conviene prendere un taxi per 500 yen).

Cons:

Camera piccola, molto datata. Bagno angusto.
Posizione scomoda, su una collina, nessun servizio nelle vicinanze dell’hotel.
