Pros:

Location was perfect very close to shinagawa station. 7 11 on the property was a plus and had a beautiful garden.

Nice stay for a few nights
Pros:

Up the hill from Shingawa station with good transport links on the JR lines to Shinjuku and Shinbuya. Hotel had a 711 which was super convenient.

Cons:

Breakfast was on the pricy side so we didn't bother and went to the 711 on site instead.

Good and busy hotel
Pros:

The space you can have. The hotel has a Japanese garden where you can walk to the other two hotels under the same management.

Cons:

It is quite busy in the lobby as the hotel holds large events and also accept group tours.

Amazing service and beautiful old world hotel
Pros:

Service was wonderful. The staff was so attentive and accommodating. It made our stay wonderful.

Cons:

Everything was great. It’s a big hotel with large business people groups, which I thought would be a problem, but it was so comfortable that even for our family trip it was great.

Just outstanding
Pros:

The location is great. Not far from the train station and metro, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff is very helpful and always ready to help. The room had all the necessary amenities, you can see that the hotel did consider guests in the way they made the rooms.

Cons:

The hotel is somewhat outdated. The breakfast is rather meager (although the hotel does offer to also go to a hotel nearby for a different option).

Tolle Lage und schöne Eingangshalle.

Cons:

Kühle Begrüßung, nicht sehr gastfreundlich.
Unsere Etage 6 ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden. Zum Teil ist die Tapete schon locker gewesen. Kleiner Fernseher, ungemütliche Betten.

Ich hatte mich auf die Annehmlichkeiten eines 5 Sterne Hotels gefreut, diese wurden für mich nicht erfüllt.
Keine Minibar, kein Roomservice, Zimmer zum CheckIN nicht bereit, Hotelbar an einem Sonntag geschlossen.
