A great choice away from busier areas of Tokyo, good for transport
Pros:

The public areas, lovely garden, hotel breakfast and location

Cons:

The room didn’t have the same standard but was fine. Could hear people above walking around.

Un hôtel confortable à proximité d’une gare très bien desservie
Pros:

- la literie
- le jardin
- la gare qui dessert tout à 5 minutes à pieds
- le Seven Eleven (supérette) dans l’hôtel
- les femmes de ménage adorables

Cons:

- les escaliers pour accéder de la rue à l’hôtel (très nombreux)
- les prix des restaurants et bar très élevés
- pas de navette directe de l’hôtel à la gare (très contraignant avec les valises)

Personnel très efficace , merci beaucoup à Alina qui a su nous orienter pour faire envoyer nos bagages à Kyoto .
Aucun bruit pour dormir et literie confortable .

Cons:

Les bains publics qui ferment un peu ainsi que le lounge mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

Can be better overall experience in such a reputable hotel business

Loved the Grand Price hotel!
Pros:

We loved our stay in the Grand Prince, and we stayed here twice during our trip to Japan. The staff are great and were attentive and responsive to everything we needed before and during our stay.
The rooms are big, comfy and clean.
As we do love waking, the close location near Shinagawa station is really convenient, as the station has many metro lines that takes you in a short time to wherever you need.
Having a 7-Eleven inside the hotel is a huge benefit.
Thank you for a lovely stay!

Cons:

It's not a bad thing but it's worth mentioning that the location of the hotel is a bit far from Shinagawa station, and the walk is up a little "hill". It can be a bit inconvenient when walking with your luggage to/from the hotel to the train station.

One small thing - there is no public space in the hotel where you can chill with a drink or a snack, as it's forbidden to sit in the lobby with drinks or food. Would appreciate some place to sit with a drink, even in the garden (there were no benches outside as well).

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others.
Pros:

I found the location to be quite central with only a short train ride from shingawa station (10 minute walk) getting you to most parts of the city within 15 minutes.
The hotel staff were very friendly and having the added convenience of a 7/11 on site was an absolutle bonus.
The room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped

Cons:

Although breakfast in the restaurant was tasty, I felt it was very expensive for what it was.
I also feel that the well maintained garden area would benefit from seating areas where you could just sit and relax whilst taking it all in.
