Pros:

Très bel hôtel. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et attentionné. Les chambres sont très agréables et le petit jardin est magnifique. Hôtel très calme. Les petits déjeuners sont très fournis et il y a même un 7-eleven pour s'approvisionner.

Cons:

La salle de sport se résume à 3 vélos et 3 tapis de course. Aucune autre machine ni poids à disposition.

It was a great experience but I might stay closer to central Tokyo next time.
Pros:

We liked the atmosphere of the hotel, the food, the room, housekeeping and the beautiful grounds. The hotel and the grounds were a quiet oasis in a sea of activity. The staff was very good, but some struggled a bit with English. However, they always tried to please.

Cons:

Location is great for some things but not others. You are within 10 minutes walk to Shinagawa, a major train station. it's close to Haneda airport, Cruise terminal but a long train ride to some activites in central Tokyo. The manjor issue with the location is that you really can't walk to anything other than the train station. There is major construction in the area and there are not many interesting walking streets. But you can find restaurants, shops , everything is in the train station.

Very minor, however the airconditioning would never go below 20°C, with the fan also constantly cutting in & out.
