L’apartament està molt complert. Genial per passar uns dies. Tot molt cuidat i net. Zona molt ben comunicada i segura. Zona comercial i metro a 2 min.

El salón estaba dejado.La cama para el niño era un chaise long viejo, con el armazón roto y la tapicería sucia..ahe dormido dos noches ahí y no lo recomiendo, se desmonta ys muy incómodo

Good size apartment but sleepless night

It was conveniently close to a metro stop and a public square with cafe. The overall size of the apartment was good.

Cons:

The apartment was above a basement apartment that was also let out by Gaia rooms. The people who booked it organised a party for around 20 people that went on from 01:00 until 06:30 in the morning directly below my bedroom and I didn’t get any sleep until the police eventually arrived. As I went to get some sleep it all started again at 09:00 until 11:00 when they left. Gaia comments were “You’ve booked a room in the centre of Madrid”

L'appartamento è ok ma la società che gestisce la struttura è fastidiosa.

La società che gestisce la struttura è stata molto fastidiosa, telefonando nei giorni precedenti per cambiare la prenotazione e proponendo un'alternativa con date sbagliate. Se non me ne fossi accorto mi sarei ritrovato senza prenotazione per le date del viaggio. Poi il giorno prima di entrare ha telefonato per scusarsi che l'appartamento prenotato non era disponibile e per proporre il cambio. Il tutto ha generato molta insicurezza. Anche la pulizia dell'appartamento non era impeccabile e inoltre si sentivano molto i rumori dei vicini. Anche la zona non è bellissima.

Muy recomendado, súper conectado y en zona tranquila.
Pros:

En lugar es tranquilo y bien conectado. El acceso al departamento fue fácil y este tenía lo necesario para una buena estadía.

Cons:

Hubiese sido importante agregar algunos elementos básicos como sal y azúcar. Pero fuera de ello todo muy bien.
