The food and drinks so nice. The hospitality was so good too
It was clean, spacious room, breakfast was great
The parking fee was expensive , there was only 1 person at the front desk, so it took s long time to check in…
My room was cool and smelled very clean!!!
No bubbles from the hot tub!
Everything.
Nothing.
Room was nice. Breakfast was good.
We tried to check in with Deborah, she could not find our reservation. She told me to step aside and call booking.com. I spent 45 minutes trying to call booking.com and was not successful. We tried getting in line to check in with Elijah. He found our reservation with no problem. I spent 45 minutes very upset for no reason. I have never had a problem checking in before, in my 40 Years of traveling!
Every thing was great
Guest staying at hotel should not have to pay for parking
Great location.
Every one was so helpful and polite ESPECIALLY MONTEINO (I know I spelled that wrong) but he was front desk when I checked in both times I stayed there...he is amazing embassy should reward that man!!!!
Only one thing, one of the breakfast cooks complained the whole about not getting tips..
Barbara was excellent! She saw me sitting in the lobby early due to my flight change and worked to get me checked in. She is definitely an asset and someone that is willing to help!
Excellent service however the hotel needs a facelift. Scratches all over the furniture, elevator doors were filthy. AC didn’t always work in the lobby during happy hour or breakfast. However every single staff member including the breakfast employee, front desk staff, and shuttle driver went out of their way to ensure our experience was as pleasant as possible!
Location to music venue. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Atlanta in July and while the open, tall ceiling gathering/bar area was architecturally cool, seems like it’s really hard to cool it down. Here and lobby area were hot and so was the room. Outside of that discomfort, all else was good.
I liked how clean it was and the free breakfast was very good.
I felt like the shuttle to the Braves game could have been closer. Being as i just finished chemo I felt like I was going to die before I got to the gate.
Wonderful receptionist “Barbara “ and wonderful breakfast service
two things need to get attention, slippery shower room #432 and changing creamers in the rooms they’re old they need to be replaced otherwise staff are attentive and wonderful, always smiling.everything is excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Breakfast and breakfast staff
Management and how the rooms were, AC did not work and had people above us making noise all night and day like an apartment living I live in a house just to prevent that and never experienced that at a hotel before
