Pool is rather small for such a large hotel.
It's was a great place to stay. Breakfast was GREAT I enjoyed my stay and will continue to come back and stay
Our room was extremely cold when we arrived so asked for the engineer to come and fix it. He arrived and after some adjustments he said our thermostat was working properly and adjusted the temperature to 71 degrees.
We left for dinner and when we came back to the room the temperature was at 65 degrees. Whatever we changed on the thermostat never had any affect on the air conditioning.
So we went to bed in a freezing room and got very little sleep.
We would have had a nice stay if it weren’t for the climate control system.

The only thing I love is the staff at the front desk, the complimentary breakfast, the pool and the second room but, other than that idk.
I had an horrible experience when I first checked in with the room and then the second room no one hasn’t cleaned my room when it was supposed to be cleaned. I need to figure out what it is needed to be done.

I feel that a legitimate maintenance manager is needed at this particular facility due to seeing a few damages that could cause injury or worse. The swimming pool for one was very murky and could use a real cleaning but the ladder n the pool was also broken as in a step was broken in half leaving a jagged half step that could potentially cause a serious injury. The floors in all 4 elevators had a sticky residue the entire time we were there as well as multiple what looked like cheeze it’s crushed into the carpet that took 2 days to get cleaned up. Finally, you may want to have someone look into the buildings electrical system since they are operating one of the worst systems the federal pacific stab-lok breaker system. Look it up if you don’t know already. Aside from these things, I noticed several other areas needing maintenance as well.
