The bed mattress was very poor with sunken springs. The flat/room was infested with bed bugs. We were badly attacked by bedbugs. The staff changed a mattress for us. We were still bitten by more bedbugs. There was an admin office and a porter’s desk, but the admin staff and assistants were unavailable to help with our urgent cries for help. After much delay, our son finally got through to the “manager”(?) and got help help for us; we moved to another flat in Sherborne. With much trepidation, we tried to settle in, afraid of more bedbugs again…….we asked to checkout and a refund, to no avail. it had been a harrowing experience.
We really enjoyed staying at Sherborne Court Apt. The staff, Larry, Salah, Annatolie then we met Sara Abdelkader, all respectful welcoming and all did their best to listen ,solve, all the issues we faced during our stay. The location is PERFECT, close to everything and have walking access to many attractions. All the best.
Bathroom & bath tub and other utilities worned out, highly recommend changing mattress and bed sheets & covers avoiding bed bugs & flees specially with the heat wave that attacked London during our stay.

The mattress in the sofa bed could have been a little bit softer better
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa stanza in 3 sfruttando anche il divano letto, e si è stati abbastanza comodi.
Il proprietario è davvero gentile e simpatico.
L' appartamento non è molto pulito, però recentemente ristrutturato.
La posizione è ottima per girare la città.
Peccato per la pulizia quasi assente, ed altra nota negativa la mancanza del proprietario il sabato e la Domenica, ed è capitato che terminata la carta igienica proprio in quei giorni, è venuto cortesemente a portarcela. Però potrebbe essere un contro molto forte.

The bed and it was too noisy
The location is excellent, with underground and bus stops very close by. There is also a grocery store nearby. Check‑in and check‑out times are flexible — there is a very friendly porter in the building, and we only interacted with him because we arrived around 19:30 on Saturday evening and left on Saturday afternoon. He even stored our luggage until our departure. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee machine.
The additional bed/sofa was extremely uncomfortable, and the kitchen did not have a pot for making coffee.
Location <3! Lovely and helpful hosts, size of the apartment, kitchen.

La struttura é quella che in italiano chiamiamo Condominio: un enorme palazzo, molto bello, con un portiere all'ingresso e tante stanze numerate, alle quale si accede mediante un codice numerico che viene consegnato a chi ha prenotato in una busta sigillata dal portiere non appena si arriva. Mi diceva il portiere che viene normalmente anche data una chiave per aprire il portone, che peró a me non é stata data in quanto sono arrivato in un giorno di festa (peró il portiere c'era!): non ho capito bene questa cosa e non mi sono applicato in quanto comunque per accedere non c'é nessun problema in quanto basta digitare da fuori il codice del portiere e ti apre. Di notte c'é il numero da chiamare eventualmente non risponda subito al citofono, dato che sono attivi H24.
La posizione del palazzo la reputo molto buona in quanto non é il centro, quindi non affollatissima, ed é comunque collegata molto bene: a due passi c'é la stazione metro di Earl's Court, collegata alla District Line, che in un paio di fermate arriva a Victoria. La District Line é una linea molto buona, con treni nuovi e pulitissimi (tutte le linee sono piú o meno cosi, qualcuna un po'meno ma sempre non affollate e gestite in maniera impeccabile).
Zona molto tranquilla. appartamenti pulitissimi, ingresso sontuoso, é un luogo decisamente sopra la media e per certi versi anche molto lussuoso. Appartamento moderno dotato di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e 2 hanno usato il divano letto: forse solo questo un po'scomodo in quanto il materasso é sottilissimo, molto di piu dei divano letto che usiamo in Italia, ma insomma si sta bene. C'era la TV, magari usate youtube se volete vedere qualcosa di Italiano la sera, collegamento Wifi davvero funzionante, non come certe strutture che hanno un collegamento inutilizzabile, qui la linea era funzionante. Vicinato totalmente silenzioso. Macchinetta del caffé delonghi a capsule, cucina ad induzione e stoviglie.
La cucina era complete di tutti gli accessori, comoda e funzionale
La ubicación excelente, en un buen barrio con sitios cerca para cenar y el metro y autobús a dos pasos. El sofá cama es grande y el cuarto de baño también. La cocina está bien equipada.
El equipamiento de menaje es muy básico y el aislamiento también. Nos tocó una habitación interior, lo cual fue un acierto porque la calle es ruidosa.
