リールの両方の駅に近い、部屋はコンパクトな作りだが、バスタブもあり、ゆっくりくつろげた。
日にちによっては、めちゃくちゃお得な値段で泊まれる。
大型ショッピングセンターと隣接していて、便利。

Cons:

Me alojé dos días la semana anterior y solo había un ascensor funcionando. Cinco días después seguía habiendo un único ascensor para todo el hotel.

En cuanto pulsé la cisterna del WC, el agua no dejó de salir. Tuvo que subir un recepcionista porque no había nadie de mantenimiento. La única solución era hacer unas maniobras para detener el agua o cambiarnos de habitación. Como nos marchábamos al día siguiente y solo íbamos a pasar unas horas para dormir, no me compensaba mover todo. No tenía ni tiempo ni ganas.

Buena ubicación, pero demasiadas incidencias durante la estancia.

Bien-regular. Nos permitieron utilizar el microondas de la sala de desayunos, situada en la primera planta.

Cons:

Al llegar al hotel, después de un largo día de viaje, no encontraban mi reserva. Por suerte, aún quedaban habitaciones disponibles. Me explicaron que la habían perdido debido al cambio de programa informático que realizaron la semana anterior.
Durante los tres días de estancia hubo problemas con los ascensores. El primer día solo funcionaba uno y, al día siguiente, dejaron de funcionar ambos. Tuvimos que subir y bajar a pie hasta la sexta planta, incluso con las maletas y en plena ola de calor.
Para acceder al aparcamiento no había ninguna forma de bajar sin ascensor. Tuvimos que salir del hotel, rodear el centro comercial, entrar por otro hotel y utilizar su ascensor para llegar al parking. Un técnico que nos encontramos nos ayudó a bajar las maletas desde las últimas plantas. Me pareció una situación poco práctica y, en caso de emergencia o para personas con movilidad reducida, preocupante.
El parking, además, fue el más caro en el que me he alojado (19 € por noche) y el acceso con el coche era muy estrecho.
El desayuno era correcto, pero bastante repetitivo. No había café descafeinado de máquina ni leche de soja.
Además, el aire acondicionado era muy fuerte y no se podía regular. Cada vez que pasábamos por delante, especialmente al ir al baño, el contraste de temperatura resultaba muy incómodo.

Good, simple, friendly hotel in a excellent location.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Nice comfortable room with good aircon. Good location between Lille Europe station and the centre of Lille - its in the Westfield building so there are hundreds of shops near by.

Cons:

I feel the cost of the room should have included the buffet breakfast. The breakfast room was nice and it would be good if this could be open as a bar/cafe during the day/evening as well is for breakfast.
