A small hotel in Puno town center, walking distance to attractions. remember to request more heater
Pros:

The hotel is in Puno city center. All attractions are in walking distance. The room is the smallest in Peru during our trip. The room is relatively clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The good part is that there is an elevator for us, an old couple. The breakfast is good. When we arrived Puno, we tried to use Uber to reach Kaaro Hotel. However, Uber indicated no Uber at the Bus Terminal. However, later we found that we can use Uber in town. Maybe Puno tried to help taxi to get more money.

Cons:

The main issue is there is no heater in room. The receptionist tried to get us a heater. Even with one heater, we felt freezed. Then we requested one more heater for our second night. Then it was ok.

A localização é excelente, muitíssimo próximo a Praça de armas e das ruas de restaurantes e afins. Cobertas e lençóis bons, toalhas de banho tambem, chuveiro excelente. Tudo muito limpo e novo. E com elevador. Na recepção vc pode comprar água, facilita a vida de quem chega.

Cons:

O hotel parece um frezzer, um gelo só. Precisamos pedir um aquecedor, que nao faz muita diferença. O banheiro é um gelo, nao da nem pra levar o aquecedor pra lá porqur nao tem uma tomada, vc precisa congela ao sair do box, que tem um bom tamanho. O café da manhã é fraco, mas é padrão peruano. O salão do café da manhã tem uma torre de aquecimento mas nao foi ligada enquanto estávamos la. Extremamente fria, um horror.

Pros:

Localização próxima à praça central, restaurantes e comércio. Café da manhã delicioso e variado. Funcionário da recepção muito atencioso e agradável. Não me recordo seu nome.

Cons:

Chuveiro não esquenta a água. Sempre fria. Informamos a funcionária da recepção no check out, mas nos pareceu que é sempre assim mesmo devido às baixas temperaturas da cidade na época que lá estivemos.

Perfect hotel, heel fjn dat er heel veel opbergvakjes zijn in de kamer.

Cons:

Geen verwarming in het hotel waardoor we het de hele tijd koud hadden (begin mei), zelfs met hele dikke kleding. Spijtig want verder helemaal ok!

Pros:

Nos dejaron hacer el check in en cuanto llegamos super pronto. El personal muy atento y amable.

Cons:

Todo el hostel estaba frío, ninguna estancia estaba calefactada, ni las zonas comunes ni las habitaciones. El inodoro del baño no funcionaba correctamente y había periodos en el día donde no salía agua caliente en la ducha
