La posizione, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff (che ci ha contattato già durante la fase di prenotazione), la pulizia e il confort della stanza. Ci è piaciuto tutto, ci siamo trovate benissimo

Pros:

Está en una buena ubicación, venden agua a buen precio (lo cual es importante porque si queres comprar agua después de las 20 Hs cierra todo) nos atendieron muy bien pero lamentablemente hace mucho frío en la habitación y es pequeña. El agua de la ducha sale muy calentita y mucha cantidad

NO TIENE CALEFACCIÓN- había visto algunos comentarios pero pensé que tal vez no había mucha calefacción pero la realidad es que la habitación estaba helada, destacó el personal que nos consiguió un pequeño calentador que logró hacer que la habitación estuviera menos fría. Otro detalle, los secadores de pelo están casi todos en malas condiciones, pegados con cinta medio inseguro y tenes que pedirlos en la recepción (no están en todas las habitaciones)

I will stay there again
Pros:

There was an elevator, hot water, was clean and a good size room. Lenny the receptionist at night was great. He made sure everything was excellent. He also let me borrow a heater which is not included in the room. The breakfast was good, the cook was friendly. The location is also great and I liked the itinerary they offer.

Cons:

The sewer smell in the restroom. It seems to be a problem in Peru overall. Keeping the door closed allowed the smell to stay in the restroom. It was only on my second day.

Exceptional stay at Kaaro Hotel Puno
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff at the reception were very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They were also able to provide a portable heater quickly when I requested one, which I really appreciated. I especially appreciated that the hotel has a lift, which made everything much more convenient. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Localisation centrale très proche de la rue piétonne très animée. Chambre bien équipée avec rangement et couverture supplémentaire. Chambre calme si vous demandez à ne pas être sur la rue.
Bon petit déjeuner avec fruits
