What a great value hotel in a superb location.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, had comfortable beds and was very clean.

Cons:

Narrow hallways and our room was by the laundry supply room so got congested at times.

Teddy bear saved
Pros:

Room and location was great. We especially want to thank the lovely cleaning staff for finding our lost teddy bear and had it ready for our return for collection. Thank you, amazing and our daughter was very happy and relieved.

Cons:

Price for parking was different from the booking website to what was advised at reception.

Pros:

Check in was good, we got an upgrade as we were previous clients. However, it all went down from there. At 8:00 a terrible noise started. Reception were unclear on what was and could give no time frame on when it would stop. I checked again 30 minutes late, the noise was getting worse. Reception then said it was a pump malfunction and again could give no time frame for when it would stop. The noise finally stopped at 9:40. I will never stay there again.

Cons:

From the problems they caused we should have received a full refund. I bet we don't get it. Reception also stated that they had the same problem on the previous Sunday.

Great location in a well appointed accommodation
Pros:

The staff in reception set the extremely caring and helpful team to ensure our stay was fantastic. Being central to all amenities -shopping, transport whether it is metro, tram and train.

Comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Location great, staff lovely. Room small but well set out. Loved being on a higher floor.

Cons:

Room is in need of a bit of TLC. The area where the rooftop pool although a great location, definitely needs a freshen up and some tidying.
