Agréable séjour
Pros:

Tout est sur place

Cons:

Le buffet est de qualité moyenne. Le snack bar ne proposent que des burgers et hotdogs. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un ou deux plats (pour ne pas devoir retourner au restaurant qui est de l’autre côté du complexe) quand on est à la piscine.

Pros:

lo staff cordiale e sempre disponibile soprattutto nel ristorante. Camerieri e personale di cucina sono stati gentilissimi. L'ambiente molto confortevole e i servizi curati. Ho apprezzato l'attenzione che viene riservata alle famiglie e ai bambini.

Cons:

la pulizia della camera è migliorabile. Inoltre abbiamo avuto l'inconveniente del lavandino del bagno in cui l'acqua scendeva molto lentamente (era pieno di capelli) e lo abbiamo fatto presente alla signora che faceva le pulizie che ci ha detto che se ne sarebbe occupata. Il problema non è stato risolto, probabilmente abbiamo sbagliato noi a non farlo presente in reception. Per fortuna la camera dispone di un altro lavandino perché dotata di un angolo "cucina".

La camera spaziosa, piscine, attività, spiaggia e mare

Buffet da organizzare meglio, per esempio mancano le piccole ciotoline per mettere la marmellata ecc. la qualità del cibo è così così…le prime notti sentivo un piccolo rumore tipo vibrazione nella stanza

Although ai booked with booking.com and it was very easy, I needed to book a 3rd person on for a different night, so contacted the hotel directly and they couldn't have been more helpful

Parfait pour un séjour familial. Rien à dire sur les activités proposées, les animations, la disponibilité du personnel et la bienveillance vis à vis des enfants.

Cons:

Le buffet est limité : produits très basiques et viande de porc souvent proposée. Seul point faible de l'établissement.

Bike kings Mikel and Matyas
Pros:

We had a lovely holiday and a special mention to Mikel and Matyas who organised each day a superb bike ride (MTB as well as road bike): well searched out 2/3 hour trips for every level (light/medium/hard) on quality bikes, which was a great way to start our Ibiza journey! Tx guys and keep up the good work... Hans and Jelle/Yellow 🙂

Pros:

J'ai particulièrement aimé les cours de tennis avec le tennis pro Italien. Je reviendrais rien que pour ceux-ci!
Il y'a suffisament de cours pour différents niveaux et s'inscrire est simple et facile. Et je le répète, la qualité du coach faut vraiment le choix de cet hôtel plutôt qu'un autre sur Ibiza!

Cons:

L'impossibilité de réserver les restaurants: jamais de place, restos fermés et celui qui est ouvert ne peut être que booké quand on se connecte à 14h pile sur l'application. Sincèrement ridicule.
